Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion.

Entry Method

Simple 25 words or less Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must:
1. Purchase one or more of the Eligible Products (as specified in Entry Restrictions below) during the Promotion Period. Eligible Products can be purchased:
• in-store, at any store that sells one of the Eligible Products; or
• online, from an Australian online retailer that sells one of the Eligible Products.
*The Entrant must keep a copy of their Eligible Product receipt as proof of purchase during the Promotion Period and be able to provide this to the Promoter on request.
2. Complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Website, including:
(a) uploading a photograph of the receipt for purchase of an Eligible Product; and
(b) answering in 25 words or less the question: “how Energizer® lights have been life
changing?”.
All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
The Promoter will select up to four (4) entries deemed to be the ‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will award each of those entrants a 'Prize.

Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 4pm AEST Wednesday 6 May 2020 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).

Prize

Prize:
There are up to four (4) Prizes to be won, each comprising of the opportunity for the winner to attend and participate in the Energizer Blackout Promotion, located in Sydney.
The Prize will include flights and accommodation from the capital city in the state of the winner’s ordinary residential address to Sydney for the winner and one (1) companion (companion must be aged 18 years of age or above).
The winner (and not their companion) will be eligible to participate in the Energizer Blackout Promotion.
Note, for the avoidance of doubt that the Energizer Blackout Promotion is facilitated by Energizer Australia Pty Ltd and not Nova Entertainment Pty Ltd. Energizer Blackout Promotion is subject to separate promotion terms and conditions of Energizer Australia Pty Ltd.
Nova will pass the winner/s details to Energizer Australia Pty Ltd for the purpose of facilitating the winner/s and their companion/s redemption of the flights and accommodation aspect of the Prize.

Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companions (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize between 14 May 2020 and 15 May 2020. Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
