By participating in the Competition, entrants accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other reference to this Competition, these Terms will prevail.
The Competition:
begins at 9am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Wednesday 22 April 2020; and
ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 03 May 2020, (Promotion Period).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to Australian residents aged 15 years and over at the time of entry.
Directors and employees (and their Immediate Families) of Soulara Pty Ltd (ABN 11 077 859 931), or its related companies or agencies and Participating Retailers associated with this Competition are not eligible to enter.
Immediate Families means any of the following (whether natural, step or adopted): spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew or sibling.
3. HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION
To enter the Competition, you must, during the Promotion Period:

This Competition is a game of Skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Shortstack or Facebook.
Multiple entries accepted during the Promotion Period. If you submit multiple entries, it must not be the same email nor the same answer to 3a. (iii).
We will not accept any entries submitted after the end of the Promotion Period.
The time of the entry will be the timestamp shown on our device of your email entry.
We reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including your identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms or who otherwise tampers or interferes with the entry process.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid at our absolute discretion.
We accept no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete, lost, late or misdirected entries.
If there is a dispute as to your identity or details, we reserve the right to determine your identity or details and our determination is final. We will not enter into any communication in relation to our determination or the associated process.
4. DRAW
There will only be 1 winner for the Soulara Mother Earth Giveaway
Each valid entry will be judged individually on its merits by a selective board from Soulara.
The Board’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
We will conduct the draw:Between 9am and 5pm AEDT on Monday 04 May 2020.
5. OUTCOME
The winner will be notified after 5pm AEDT on Monday 04 May 2020 by:
Direct message via email; and
An announcement posted on Soulara’s Instagram Story
It is your responsibility to comply with Soulara’s instructions and to notify us in writing if your contact details change during the Promotion Period.
The winner agrees to participate and cooperate, as required, in all publicity activities relating to the Competition, including, without limitation, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and recorded. Each winner authorises Soulara to use such content for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity worldwide.
The winner's name, entry and Instagram handle may be published on our Instagram and Facebook pages, and in any other promotional material which we consider relevant. By entering the Competition, you consent to us publishing your details, including your social media handle

Prize values are based on the recommended retail prices in Australia on Tuesday 17 March 2020.
We accept no responsibility for any change in prize value between this date and the date the prize is redeemed.
Each prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If a prize in unavailable for reasons beyond Soulara’s control, Soulara reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations or directions from a regulatory authority.
Once a Prize has left Soulara’s premises, Soulara takes no responsibility for the Prize being damaged, lost or stolen.
A winner’s use of the Prize is entirely at their own risk. Before a prize is awarded, a winner may be required to sign an agreement to release Soulara from indemnifying Soulara against any liability arising from the winner’s acceptance and use of the Prize and the winner’s participation in the Competition.
7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
Soulara will provide the winner with instructions on how to claim their prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to comply with Soulara’s instructions.
You should seek independent financial advice, as implications (such as tax) may arise as a result of claiming the prize.
To claim the prize, we may require the winner to sign a legal release in a form we determine in our absolute discretion.
It is a condition of claiming a prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize (if any).
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, or any part thereof, are not transferable or saleable and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash, credit or equivalent. Prizes must be claimed as offered and cannot be varied or exchanged.
At the end of the Competition, we will meet all existing claims for prizes and entitlements to claims notwithstanding that the advertised prize pool has been exceeded. If a printing error or other quality assurance matter occurs outside your control, we will not refuse to award a prize.
