1. Competition entry is via
https://charlesadlee.com or directly via the form on Gleam. Entry requires your email address.
2. All entries must be hand-typed. No entries will be accepted from computer programs or scripts. People suspected of using computer scripts to enter or refer people will be disqualified.
3. The competition is open to entrants from 8 AM 30th of April 2020 to 11:59pm 14th of May 2020.
4. Employees and the relatives of employees of Charles and Lee are excluded from entering.
5. Winner/s are selected based on a game of skill.
6. The winning entry will be selected on the date of the competition closing at Level 10, Suite 1031,1 Queens Road, Melbourne, 3004
7. Winner/s will be notified via email within two days of selection.
8. Winner/s must be subscribed to Charles + Lee’s mailing lists at the time of the selection, otherwise, their entry will be deemed invalid.
9. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
10. If the winner does not wish to accept the prize, they should inform Charles and Lee and Charles and Lee will select a new winner.
11. Once the winner is notified by Charles and Lee they must respond with their name, phone number and delivery address in order to claim prize.
12. Prize must be claimed by the 16th of May 2020. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and a new winner selected.
13. Selection of a new winner will be done by a representative of Charles and Lee’s marketing team at Level 10, Suite 1031,1 Queens Road, Melbourne, 3004
14. The total retail prize value for the prize is $1200.
15. The prize is as follows: A year’s supply of Charles + Lee, in the form of credits valued at $100 issued once a month for a period of twelve months to be used on the Charles + Lee store, totalling $1200.
16. Charles and Lee may use the details you have provided to market to you via email and other methods. Charles and Lee your privacy and your information and details will be held in accordance with the Charles and Lee privacy policy. If you do not wish to be contacted by Charles and Lee, then please inform us by email or use the unsubscribe feature on the bottom of every marketing email.
17. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
