"POSTERS & SIGNAGE" PROMOTIONTERMS AND CONDITIONS1.Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions.Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.2.The Promoter is Kwik Kopy Australia, (ABN 27 002 218 822) of Level 9, 50 BerryStreet, North Sydney NSW 2060, telephone (02) 99675500.3.Entry is only open to registered businesses operating in Australia (each an “EligibleBusiness”).4.The Eligible Business must be within the Promoter’s trading terms throughout thepromotional period and must not have overdue monies owing as at the draw date inorder to be eligible to claim any prize.5.Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoterand agencies associatedwith this promotion are ineligible to enter. Failure by thePromoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of thoserights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation fromsuch an offender are reserved.10.Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.11.If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Business, the Promoter reservesthe right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Business.12.The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 5, Erina Plaza, 210 Central CoastHighway, Erina NSW 2250 on 03/06/2020 at 11:00am AEST,in the presence of anindependent scrutineer. The Promoter may daaw additional reserve entries and recordthem in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winners will benotified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and the names of winningEligible Businesses will be published at kwikkopy.com.au/think from 10/06/2020.
213.The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.14.The first five (5) valid entries drawn will each win a $3,000 Kwik Kopy SignageVoucher. The next twenty (20) valid entries drawn will each win a $500 Kwik KopySignage Voucher.15.Prizes will be awarded to the owner of the respective winning Eligible Business whomay, in his/her absolute discretion, allocate the prize to any employee aged 18 or overof that Eligible Business. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any sucharrangement.16.Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winning EligibleBusinesses does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated bythe Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.17.If any prize (or part of anyprize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reservesthe right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal valueand/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.18.Total prize pool value is $25,000.19.Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable andcannot be taken as cash.20.A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 03/09/2020 at the same time andplace as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.Winners, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw andtheir names will be published at kwikkopy.com.au/think from 10/09/2020.21.Eligible Businesses consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/orvoice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of thesame) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose ofpromoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any productsmanufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.22.If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted asreasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of thePromoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention orfraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extentpermitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directionsfrom a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, asappropriate.23.Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the Eligible Business’responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.24.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit,exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided underthe Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under theASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia(“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law beexcluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including itsrespective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence),
3for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.25.Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-ExcludableGuarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) isnot responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personalinjury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect,special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties orequipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft,unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late,lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by thePromoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) anyvariation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liabilityincurred by a winner or Eligible Business; or (f) use of a prize.26.The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotionand may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited toagents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australianregulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will alsouse and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewedat

The Privacy Policy also contains information abouthow entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants maycomplain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicablelaw and how those complaints will be dealt with.
