Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, brother, sister, step-brother or step-sister.
To enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
1. purchase three (3) Participating Products in a single transaction from any Participating Store; and 2. either:
a. (“Rewards Card Entry”) prior to finalising the transaction, scan their Woolworths Rewards Card in store at the checkout or input their Woolworths Rewards Card number during checkout on Woolworths Online – the Rewards Card Entry option is not available to residents of Tasmania or Non-Registered Cardholders;
b. (“Frequent Shopper Club Card Entry”) prior to finalising the transaction, scan their Woolworths Frequent Shopper Club Card in store at the checkout or input their Woolworths Frequent Shopper Club Card number during checkout on Woolworths Online – the Frequent Shopper Club Card Entry option is only available to residents of Tasmania who are Registered Cardholders; or
c. (“Receipt Code Entry”) enter online, during the Promotional Period, by visiting the Promotion Website woolworths.com.au/BNI, following the prompts to the promotion entry page and inputting all of the requested details (including their full name, address, email and mobile number, the Unique Receipt Code, and submitting the fully completed online entry form (so that it is received during the Promotional Period),
(each, a “Qualifying Entry”). Each Qualifying Entry:
• via the Rewards Card Entry option or the Frequent Shopper Club Card Entry option will automatically receive two (2) entries into the relevant Daily Prize Draw; and
• viatheReceiptCodeEntryoptionwillautomaticallyreceiveone(1)entryintotherelevantDailyPrize Draw.
3. One (1) bonus entry will be awarded to Eligible Entrants who have made at least one valid Rewards Card Entry during the Promotional Period and download and log in to the Woolworths Rewards App for the first time during the Promotional Period, subject to the ‘Limits on Entry’ section below (“Bonus Entry”). If the Eligible Entrant downloads the Woolworths Rewards App prior to making a Rewards Card Entry, then the Bonus Entry will be added to the Daily Prize Draw on the date of the first applicable Rewards Card Entry.
If the Eligible Entrant downloads the Woolworths Rewards App after they have made a Rewards Card Entry, then the Bonus Entry will be added to the Daily Prize Draw of the applicable app download date. Bonus Entries will not be awarded where an Eligible Entrant has made a Frequent Shopper Club Card Entry or
a Receipt Code Entry. Bonus Entries will also not be awarded where the Eligible Entrant downloaded the Woolworths Rewards App prior to the Promotional Period.
“Participating Product” means any product from the participating brands, or any of the participating products, set out in the ‘Participating Brands/Products Schedule’ – available at the end of these terms and conditions and on the Promotion Website woolworths.com.au/BNI.
“Participating Store” means Woolworths supermarket stores and participating Woolworths Metro stores across Australia and Woolworths Online at
www.woolworths.com.au**. Purchases at other Woolworths Group outlets (including but not limited to BIG W, BWS or Dan Murphy’s outlets, whether attached to or separate from a Woolworths supermarket), Woolworths MetroGo and Caltex/Woolworths co-branded outlets are not eligible for the promotion.
Limits on Entry
Promotional Period
“Promotional Period” means the period between 00.01 AEST on 20 May 2020 and 23.59 AEST on 14 July 2020. “Non-Registered Cardholder” means someone who is not a Registered Cardholder.
“Registered Cardholder” means:
• in relation to the Woolworths Rewards Program – a cardholder of a Rewards Card, where all mandatory cardholder information (including cardholder’s legal name) has been correctly completed in the Woolworths Rewards Program database – cardholder is not a Registered Cardholder until confirmation has been issued by the Woolworths Rewards Program; and
• in relation to the Woolworths Frequent Shopper Club Program (for residents of Tasmania only) – a cardholder of a Frequent Shopper Club Card, where all mandatory cardholder information (including cardholder’s legal name) has been correctly completed in the Woolworths Frequent Shopper Club Program database – cardholder is not a Registered Cardholder until confirmation has been issued by the Woolworths Frequent Shopper Club Program.
“Rewards Card” means a Woolworths Rewards card issued by the Promoter as part of the Woolworths Rewards Program whether in a plastic or electronic (virtual). Only Registered Cardholders are eligible to enter the Promotion via the Rewards Card Entry option. For the avoidance of doubt, Non-Registered Cardholders (including holders of temporary Rewards Cards) are not eligible to enter via the Rewards Card Entry option.
“Frequent Shopper Club Card” means a Woolworths Frequent Shopper Club card issued by the Promoter as part of the Woolworths Frequent Shopper Club Program. Only Registered Cardholders are eligible to enter the Promotion via the Frequent Shopper Club Card Entry option. For the avoidance of doubt, Non-Registered Cardholders (including holders of temporary Frequent Shopper Club cards) are not eligible to enter via the Frequent Shopper Club Card Entry option.
“Unique Receipt Code” means Woolworths’ unique code number provided for the transaction (displayed on the Woolworths receipt, for in-store transactions) or online invoice/order number (displayed on the online invoice/order confirmation, for Woolworths Online transactions).
“Woolworths Frequent Shopper Club Program” means the Woolworths Frequent Shopper Club loyalty program operated by the Woolworths Group (for residents of Tasmania only). Further details of the Woolworths Frequent Shopper Club Program (including terms and conditions of the program) are accessible at frequentshopperclub.com.au.
“Woolworths Rewards App” means the Woolworths Rewards Program application where members can view their rewards balance, browse specials and use or access member benefits.
“Woolworths Rewards Program” means the Woolworths Rewards loyalty program operated by the Woolworths Group. Further details of the Woolworths Rewards Program (including terms and conditions of the program) are accessible at woolworthsrewards.com.au.
Important note: all Eligible Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt or online invoice for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) or invoice(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase (for in-store purchases) and the date of purchase on the receipt(s) or invoice(s)/online order confirmation must be during the Promotional Period and prior to entry.

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) for Receipt Code Entries, only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Entry; (b) for Rewards Card Entries and/or Frequent Shopper Club Card Entries, only two
(2) entries permitted per Qualifying Entry; (c) each Qualifying Entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (d) a limit of five (5) Qualifying Entries per day applies (which equates to 10 entries per day into the relevant Daily Prize Draw for Rewards Card Entries and Frequent Shopper Club Card Entries, and 5 entries per day into the relevant Daily Prize Draw for Receipt Code Entries).

Daily Prize Draws
Daily Prize Details
There will be one (1) draw conducted for each day of the Promotional Period, for a total of 56 draws
(“Daily Prize Draws”).
Entries into each Daily Prize Draw will open and close each day (based on AEST) and the draw for each
Daily Prize Draw will be conducted on the Draw Date specified in the table below. All Daily Prize Draws will take place at 11.00 AEST at Unit 6, 3 Central Avenue, Thornleigh, NSW 2120. For the avoidance of doubt Daily Prize Draws will take place on a weekly basis and there will be no draws conducted during the weekend or on a public holiday in NSW. Entries in each Daily Prize Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Daily Prize Draws.
Daily Prize winners will be published online on the Promotion Website woolworths.com.au/BNI from the dates specified in the table below. All winners of a Daily Prize will also have their name and address published in The Australian on the dates in the table below.

For clarity, there will be a separate draw conducted for each Daily Prize Draw, however, all draws will be conducted on a weekly basis as per the table above.
The first valid entry drawn in each Daily Prize Draw will win their choice of a prize pack valued at up to $8,000 in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. A total of 56 prize winners will be awarded with prizes.
Winners will be required to nominate their preferred prizes from the list set out in these Terms and Conditions, subject to the following conditions:
a. The value of the total prize pack must not exceed $8,000. Nominations that exceed the $8,000 cap will be rejected by the Promoter in the first instance to be resubmitted.
b. If the value of the nominated total prize pack is less than $8,000, the winner will also receive a WISH
gift card valued at up to $500. No additional compensation or prizes will be awarded. For example, if a winner’s nominated prize pack is valued at $7,200, then a $500 WISH gift card will be awarded for a total prize pack value of $7,700 – no additional compensation or prizes will be awarded. Similarly, if a winner’s nominated prize is valued at $7,900, then a $100 WISH gift card will be awarded for a total prize pack value of $8,000.
c. Individual prize types are limited to one per winner. For example, a winner cannot nominate two fridges in their prize pack.
d. Notwithstanding (c), gift card prizes are limited to two (2) per person (excluding the WISH gift card at (b) above).

Winners of a prize will also have their surname, first initial and state of residence published in The Australian on the applicable ‘published date’ specified in the table in the ‘Daily Prize Draws’ section above.
Total prize pool value is up to AUD$448,000.
Prize values are correct as at 21/02/2020, but to the extent permitted by law, no responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for any variation in the value of the prize after that time.
If any prize remains unclaimed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise forfeited, despite the Promoter making all reasonable efforts to notify a winner or because a winning entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may deem any winner as ineligible to receive the respective prize.
If any prize remains unclaimed after 05/10/2020, an Unclaimed Prize Draw will be held on 19/10/2020 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
Second chance draw winners will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the second chance draw (if applicable). 1. Unless specifically stated otherwise in the ‘Key Terms’, all ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST), accessories, meals, drinks, maintenance, ongoing usage of appliances, transport, transfers, spending money, fuel, oil and services costs, safety gear to comply with state and territory regulations, in-room charges and any and all other expenses incurred as a consequence of receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
2. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. In particular, prizes may not, without the prior consent of the Promoter and any applicable third party supplier of the prize (“Supplier”), be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a prize is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Promoter or the Supplier may, at their absolute discretion, withdraw the prize(s). 3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. The Promoter assumes
no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, theft or destruction, any cause beyond the Promoter’s control, or unauthorised access to or alteration of the promotion. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion. Further, the Promoter at its sole discretion may recommence this promotion under the same conditions.
4. If any prize (or any portion of a prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize (or portion of a prize) of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or portion of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
5. In the event of war, terrorism, pandemic, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, is in breach of these conditions, provides entries that are offensive or otherwise inappropriate in the sole opinion of the Promoter, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion, or who has engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
10. For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter will only publish the winner’s surname, first initial and state of residence.
