Terms and Conditions

Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotional Period: The promotion commences at 6:30am (AWST) on 22/03/2020 and ends at 11.59pm on 22/06/2020

Entry: Entry to this promotion is free. Any costs associated with entering the promotion or collecting the prize shall be the responsibility of the winner.

To enter the promotion, entrants must, during the Promotional Period, visit Advanced Electrical at 67 McCombe Road, Bunbury, complete an entry form, provide a minimum of their name and a contact telephone number.

Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to produce, within the requested time, photo identification or other documentation should it be necessary to confirm the identity and age of the winner in accordance with the terms and conditions of this promotion. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

The directors, management, employees, immediate family of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies who are directly associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter this promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

One (1) entry only is permitted per person per visit.
Entrants can only enter in their own name. Individuals who submit an entry in their own name made on behalf of an entrant without permission, are ineligible to participate in the promotion and their entry may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all entries of an entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid.

Incomplete, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any and all entries and to disqualify any entrant for: (a) tampering with the entry process; (b) submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or (c) engaging in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Draw

The draw to determine the winner will take place at 10:30am (AWST) on Tuesday, 30th June, 2020, at 67 McCombe Road, Bunbury. In the case of an invalid entry, The Promoter may draw additional entries.
The method for the draw shall be to include all entries in a single container and from these entries select one entry blindly and at random. The first valid entry drawn shall be deemed the ‘winner’ and will win $1,000 cash.
The winner will be notified by phone or email immediately after the draw and must arrange with the Promoter to collect the prize within 30 days.

If for any reason a winner does not take and/or redeem the prize at the arranged time and or within 30 days of the draw, the prize may be forfeited and the prize redrawn.
All reasonable steps to notify the winner of the prize shall be taken by the Promoter. The winner’s name and general location will be published on-line at www.advanced.net.au within 5 business days of the draw.

The Promoter’s decision on the winner is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
All reasonable steps to notify the winner of the unclaimed prize will be taken by the Promoter.
By entering this competition, the winner consents to a photograph being taken of the winner receiving the cash prize. Further, the winner consents to this photograph and the winners name and general location being published on the Promoter’s web site www.advanced.net.au
Privacy

The Promoter collects Personal Information about an entrant to include the entrant in the promotion, award the prize and use the information to assist in improving the goods and services of the Promoter. If the Personal Information requested is not provided, the entrant cannot participate in the promotion and is deemed ineligible. An entrant also agrees that the Promoter may, in the event the entrant is a winner, publish or cause to be published the entrant winner’s name and locality in any media, if required by law.
By entering the promotion, entrants acknowledge that a further primary purpose for collection of the entrant’s Personal Information by the Promoter is to contact the entrant in the future with information about the Promoter, including special offers, market research or to provide the entrant with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages (SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM (Instant Messaging) and email) or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future.
Personal information being collected as a consequence of this promotion will not be shared with any 3rd Party.

Other Terms and Conditions

If the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Promoter, the Promoter shall provide, as is reasonably possible, alternative arrangements for the drawing and collection of the prize.
The Promoter excludes all liability except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way out of this promotion. This includes, but is not limited to theft, lost or damaged entries; not collecting the prize in accordance with the terms and conditions.
An entry and any copyright subsisting in any entry irrevocably becomes, at time of entry, the property of the Promoter.
