COMPETITION RULES

2. ENTRANTS
2.1. Except for the persons mentioned in article 2.2, the ‘#Guylian&ImaginGiveaway’ is open to
anyone worldwide, as of the age of 18 years old.
2.2. The contest is not open for employees and directors of the Organizer or its affiliated and/or
subsidiary companies, as well as the relatives, up to the second degree, and other members of the
household of such employees and directors.
3. PERIOD
The #Guylian&ImaginGiveaway starts June 27, 2020 at 11:00 GMT (Brussels Time Zone GMT) and
ends on July 6, 2020 at 11:00 GMT. Entries received after this period are not eligible.
4. ENTRY
4.1. The assignment:
Subject of the #Guylian&ImaginGiveaway is:
1. Like Guylian on Facebook and/or follow @guylianchocolates on Instagram
2. Like IMaGiN Jewels on Facebook and/or follow @imaginjewels on Instagram
3. Let us know in the comments where you could see yourself enjoying this chocolate and wearing
these jewels right now. Feel free to be creative.
All of the above have to be done before June 27 at 11:00 GMT.
4.2. How to enter this contest?
The Competition is held on the Facebook and Instagram page of Guylian:

4.2.2. Entry implies full and unconditional acceptance of the Competition Rules, including but not
limited to any decision the Organizer will take.
4.2.3. No responsibility is assumed by the Organizer for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or illegible
data.
4.2.4. Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry they judge to be in violation with these
Competition Rules. The Organizer is not obliged to give any further justification or motivation. The
decision is final and no further discussion or correspondence will be done on the matter, nor will the
decision be open for appeal or review.
5. SELECTION OF THE WINNERS
5.1. During the competition period, two winners will be chosen within the entrants, maximum 1 prize
per entry.
5.2. The prizes will be awarded in a random drawing conducted, during the period of the competition,
by the Organizer, from among all eligible and correct entries received.
5.3. The decision of the jury is final, unassailable and thus not open for appeal or review.
6. WINNERS

7.1. Two prizes will be awarded, being: 2x silver bracelet of Imagin + 5x Guylian Beligian 100g 72%

7.2. The prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other object than proposed,
and may not be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
7.3. The Organizer preserves the right to replace the prizes by a prize with the same or higher value, in
case of force majeure.
7.4. The prize will be sent to the address the winner has indicated by personal messages on Messenger
(Facebook) or Instagram Direct Messaging.
8. DATA PROTECTION
By accepting the competition rules, the Entrant acknowledges and accepts that all its personal data
collected in this competition, will be recorded and processed in a database by the Organizer, who is
responsible for the processing of the personal data, in accordance with the applicable legislation
regarding data protection, especially the Belgian law of December 8, 1992 concerning the protection
of privacy and the processing of personal data. The personal data will be used for the good course of
this competition. The Entrants have the right to gain knowledge of their recorded personal data, as

9. DISPUTES
The courts Antwerp shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes concerning the
#Guylian&ImaginGiveaway. The Court shall apply the laws of Belgium, without regard for doctrines
of conflict of law. In case a dispute resorts under the exclusive competency of the Justice of the Peace,
the Justice of the Peace of the 1st district of Antwerp shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
In any such dispute, Entrants will under no circumstances be permitted to obtain compensation for,
and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any other
damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs
associated with entering this competition).
