SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The “Chrismas Wonderland with Balsam Hill” ("Sweeptakes") entry submission begins at 4:00 p.m. AEDT on July 4, 2020 and ends 11:59 p.m. AEDT on July 28, 2020 ("Sweepstakes Period") The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries received beyond the Sweepstakes Period will be void.
HOW TO ENTER
The Sweepstakes will use “Gleam” as its Official Sweepstakes App. Entrants can complete several steps to increase their chances of winning. During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants must complete and submit the entry form on the Sweepstakes tab found in the Balsam Hill Australia Facebook page (

Entrants can submit a total of up to two-hundred-fifty-six (256) entries during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received from any email address, Facebook and Twitter account in excess of the stated limitation will be void.
You may only use one email address, Facebook and Twitter account to enter this Sweepstakes. Multiple participants are not allowed to use the same Facebook or Twitter account. Each participant in the Sweepstakes must be the rightful owner of the Facebook and Twitter account or have authorized use of the e-mail account connected to the Facebook and Twitter account. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the winner submitting an entry, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the email address, Facebook or Twitter account is opened. The email address, Facebook or Twitter account must be opened prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry(ies) will be deemed ineligible. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability of any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alternation of entries.
No automated entry devices, bots and/or other programs and/or software are permitted for entry. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose entry(ies) appears to have been the result of mechanical reproduction or other violations of these Official Rules.
WINNER SELECTION/DRAWING
Daily winners will be determined within 24 hours by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All winners will be selected via random drawings by an authorized representative of Balsam Hill. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. All decisions are final in all matters relating to this giveaway. Except as specifically provided herein, the prizes are guaranteed to be awarded.
The Sponsor may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prizes and the identity of the winners to appropriate taxing authorities. Prizes will be awarded to a winner only if she or he fully complies with these Official Rules.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified via Facebook announcement and via private message or e-mail, and will be required to complete and return a Certificate of Eligibility within seven (7) days of date of notification or alternate winners may be selected. If the winner fails to return the required document within the specified time period, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, has been disqualified, fails to respond or claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification is sent, or where the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
The Sponsor shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

The total value of all prizes awarded will in no event exceed AUD$929. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prizes (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
