This is a sweepstake promoted by Gareth Emery LLC, 7-7c, Snuff Street, Devizes, Wiltshire, England, SN10 1DU.
No purchase, payment, ‘pre-saving’ or any other consideration is required to enter or win. Pre-saving the Gareth Emery album THE LASERS will not increase your chances of winning.
You may enter the sweepstake via email by sending an email to
teamge@garethemery.com, with the exact subject line ‘LASERS SWEEPSTAKE ENTRY’.
We will accept entries from any country, however this agreement, and your entry, is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
You must be 18 years or above to enter.
One prize of a check for $1,200 United States Dollars (or equivalent local currency) will be provided to the winner. If the winner is unable to accept a check, the prize will be delivered via a pre-paid Gift Card instead.
All entires must be received within the following time: June 8 - July 10th 2020.
One entry is permitted by person. Gareth Emery Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any person for any reason, including, but not limited to: the use of automated software or computer programs to enter multiple times, or any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstake.
We will not use entrant’s information for any other purpose, unless entrants ‘opt-in’ to join the Gareth Emery email list. If entrants do not opt-in, we will retain their information until the drawing has passed, before deleting it.
The draw will take place approximately one-week following the release of THE LASERS album, following which we will contact the winner. We will use all reasonable attempts to contact the winner, however, if the winner has not responded to us within one week, a replacement winner will be chosen.
The results of the draw will be posted on this page approximately one week following the draw (
www.garethemery.com/check).
The winner will be responsible for any taxes due after receiving the prize. Gareth Emery Limited does not accept responsibility for any taxes which the winner may owe.
All decisions, including the draw results, are final and binding.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration.
