1 Introduction
1.1 Participation in this Promotion and information regarding redemption of any prizes forms part of
these terms and conditions.
1.2 By submitting an entry into this promotion, entrants warrant that they have read, understand and
agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2 Promotional Period
2.1 This promotion commences 9am (AEDT) Monday 13 July, to 5pm (AEDT) Friday 24 July 2020
3 Eligibility
3.1 This Promotion is only open to residents of Australia.
3.2 Entry is open to all (‘Eligible Entrants’) excluding: directors, management, owners, retailers, staff,
employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families), contractors (and their immediate
families), their advertising agencies and their related bodies corporate.
3.3 If the winner is under the age of 16 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or
guardian.
4 Method of participation
4.1 To enter, participants must:
(a) Facebook - Follow Crossroads Homemaker Centre’s Facebook Page, like and share the
giveaway post during the promotional period
(b) Instagram - Follow Crossroads Homemaker Centre’s Instagram Page, like and tag 2 friends
in the giveaway post during the promotional period
(c) Both A & B serve as two entries
4.2 One gift per customer

5.1 10 x EFTPOS gift cards valued at $100.00 to be used at Crossroads Homemaker Centre

6 Gift Collection
6.1 The winner will be drawn at random and will be notified the following day (working day Monday –
Friday) before 12pm.
6.2 The winner will be notified by via Instagram or Facebook – dependent on which platform was used
to enter.
6.3 Receipts to be validated and gifts to be collected at Centre Management from times; 9am – 4pm at
(Crossroads Homemaker, Cnr Camden Valley Way and Beech Rd, Casula NSW) during the
promotional period, or when all gifts have been exhausted.
6.4 Unclaimed prizes will not be redrawn and remain as Crossroad Homemaker Centres property.
7 Release and indemnity
7.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the gift card once they have been received by the winner.
7.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. The Promoter reserves
the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering
with the entry process.
7.3 The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for
personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or as a result of
taking or using any gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8 Termination of Promotion
8.1 If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to)
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or
any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration,
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right
(subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who
tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
9 Decisions final
9.1 The Promoter, at its sole discretion, may accept entries with errors and omissions.
9.2 The Promoter’s decision relating to the Promotion and/or redemption of the Prizes is final and no
discussions or correspondence with participants or any other person will be entered into.
9.3 The Promoter may cancel the Promotion and not award the prize(s) where circumstances beyond
the Promoter’s control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s). Should the Promoter cancel
the Promotion the Promoter will:
a) Advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice at Crossroads
Homemaker Centre’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
b) Not use the personal information entrants have attained via their social media profiles.

10 Personal information and privacy
10.1 By entering the Promotion, each participant gives its consents to the Promoter, for an indefinite
period, unless otherwise advised, to use his or her personal information for promotional, marketing,
publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning
the participant
10.2 The participant acknowledges that any personal information provided by the participant is not
sensitive information.
10.3 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and any photograph of the entrants
may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless an entrant otherwise notifies the
Promoter at the time of accepting their gift. Entrants consent to the Promoter using and disclosing
to its agents, contractors and entities associated with this promotion personal information provided
in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and
awarding any prizes.
10.4 Entrants’ personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in
accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Statement, a copy of which is available online.
