20Q3 Smeg Classic Renovators Win Promotion
Promotional Period: 1 July to 31st August 2020
“Eligible Product” means any eligible Smeg Classic or Victoria built-in or freestanding oven, cook top and rangehood that has been included in this promotion. Any products not present in the list are not part of the promotion and will deem the entry ineligible.
“Participant” means a resident of Australia who purchases an Eligible Product from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period and is the End User of that Product.
The Promoter, it’s related bodies corporate and any agencies associated with this Promotion, their employees and those employees’ immediate families are ineligible to participate.
“End User” is a Participant who purchases Eligible Products from a participating retailer, for his, her, or its own personal use in Australia and not for resale or re-supply or export.
“Promoter” means Smeg Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 33 146 901 082) of 2-8 Baker St, Banksmeadow, NSW 2019.
The “Promotional Period” commences at 9:00am AEST Wednesday 1 July 2020 and ends at 11:59pm AEST Monday 31 August 2020.
Participants will forfeit entries made after this date.
The “Reward” is one (1) renovators package valued at $10,000.

To be eligible for this Promotion the Participant must:
Purchase three (3) Eligible Products from the Classic & Victoria range (MUST include an eligible built-in or freestanding oven) from a Participating Retailer, from the list of approved products within the Promotional Period
The Participant must correctly and fully complete an online registration form with all required information
The Participant must, in 25 words or less, write what their favourite feature of the new Smeg Classic built in oven is and why
All entries must be received by 11:59pm AEST on Monday 31 August 2020.
The Promoter will accept no responsibility for late, lost or mis-directed mail. Further, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAWS of AUSTRALIA, the Promoter excludes liability for any problems or technical malfunction of telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any unauthorized intervention, or a combination thereof, including any non-delivery or corruption of entries to the Promoter, injury or damage to Participants’ or any other persons computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in respect to this Promotion. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a Participant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Participant invalid. Entry into the Promotion is only available for retail sales, from an authorized Smeg retailer.
Entry into the Promotion is NOT available on purchases from any website which is not an authorized website.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date of this Promotion or amend the terms and condition at its discretion.
Winners will be selected on Monday 10 September 2020, at Smeg Australia 2-8 Baker St, Banksmeadow NSW 2019 and notified by the email address provided in the entry.
This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotional product bundle outside this offer.
Entries will be deemed invalid if the same Receipt Number is used on more than one entry.
The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into after 6 weeks of the closing date of this Promotion.
The $10,000 renovators prize will be mailed to the customers address as a cheque for the full amount.
Prizes are not transferable or assignable. Only the Participant who purchased the Eligible Products may submit an entry.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for misleading or incorrect information provided by reseller regarding this Promotion.
Liability for any tax on any prizes provided to Participants pursuant to this Promotion shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant. It is recommended Participants should contact their own accountant or taxation advisor in this regard.
The Promoter’s collection, use and disclosure of personal information (“PI”) is subject to the Smeg Privacy Policy (available at smeg.com.au) and is incorporated into this agreement. The Promoter collects PI in order to conduct the Offer, and may for this purpose, disclose PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors and service providers and to any Government authorities and agencies. The claimant consents to the information they submit with their claim being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other correspondence to the claimant. All personal details of the claimants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
Any costs incurred by the claimant associated with claiming the Offer, including any costs of removal or damages to Kitchen Cabinetry, accessing the Smeg website, telephone enquiries in relation to The Offer, and mailing any required documents are the sole responsibility of the claimant.
