Eligibility

Entry is open to all eligible customers via the free to download, St Marys Village
Rewards App downloaded via the Google Play or App Store when customer spend 5
rewards points, per entry, to enter the monthly draw.
Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company
associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.

The multiple draw competition draw commences at 9:00am on Monday 1
st June 2020
and final entries for the last weekly draw close at 10:00am on Monday 21st December
2020.
The individual, weekly draws will be available for entry each week in the WIN
section of the St Marys Village Rewards App.

presentation of photo ID.
If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes a prize re-draw will be conducted at
12pm on the following day:

Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the Promoter reserves the right,
in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Prize is subject to the standard Terms and Conditions of individual prize and service
providers. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the
prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or element of the prize will be forfeited and
will not be redeemable for cash.

If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of
the Promoter, the Promoter in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the
prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value;/or specification.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferrable or exchangeable and

the Centre Management office unless pre-arranged in writing with the Promoter.
