To help you out even more on your education journey, we are working together with Excel this school season to bring you an amazing competition with some phenomenal prizes!

The School’s Back competition is up and running, giving Australians the chance to win big with up to $6000 worth of tech prizes up for grabs! Entrants will also have the chance to win $1000 worth of Excel books for their school in addition to the personal prizes!

SCHOOL'S BACK TERMS & CONDITIONS
Item 1 – General
The Promoter is Pascal Press, 655 Parramatta Road, Leichhardt NSW 2040 (Australia). Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Item 2 - Eligibility
a. Entrants must be aged 18 years and over at the time of entry.
b. Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
c. Entrants must be residents of Australia.
Item 3 – Promotional Dates
The Promotion commences 8:00 AM AEST Wednesday 1st July 2020 and concludes 11:59 PM AEST Monday 7th September 2020.
Item 4 – How to Enter
a. Purchase any Excel book in store or online during the period of the promotion.
b. Entries must be submitted online via the portal at
www.pascalpress.com.au/schools-back/c. Eligible entrants are required to complete all of the required details including the upload a copy of receipt / tax invoice/ proof of purchase.
d. Eligible entrants are required to complete the game of skill question "What did you miss about school whilst you were home-schooling?”
Item 5 - Entry restrictions
a. Entrants are eligible for one single entry per EXCEL book purchased.
b. Entries will be accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. All costs associated with entering the Promotion will be the sole responsibility of the entrant.
c. Persons may not enter or participate in this Promotion on behalf of any third party.
d. The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for lost or late entries.
Item 6- Winner selection
a. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The judges' decision is final. Winner selection will be based upon most creative, inspiring and engaging entry.
b. Location of the judging: Pascal Press Head Office (655 Parramatta Rd Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia).
Item 7 - Maximum number of entries
Entrants are eligible for one single entry per EXCEL book purchased.
Item 8 - Notification date
Three (3) winners will be notified within one (1) week from the competition end date.
Item 9 - Notification method
Winners will be notified via a telephone call and confirmation email.
Item 10 - Public announcement of winner
Winners will be announced on the Pascal Press website, Instagram page and Facebook page within one (1) week from the winners’ reply. If prizes are unclaimed, the announcement date will change to a later date at the discretion of the Promoter. Item 11 - Prize details
a. First, second and third prize winners will receive prizes allocated as follows:

2nd Prize: 1 x MY232X/A APPLE iPad Pro 11" (2nd Gen) Wi-Fi 128GB - Space Grey and 1 x MX9R2X/A APPLE iPhone SE(2020) 64GB - Black - combined RRP value AUD $2,078 (as per published RRP at 16th June 2020)
3rd Prize: 1 x MUUJ2X/A APPLE iPad Air 10.5" 3rd Gen 64GB Wi-Fi Only - Space Grey and 1 x MX9R2X/A APPLE iPhone SE(2020) 64GB - Black - combined RRP value AUD $1,528 (as per published RRP at 16th June 2020)
Three (3) Schools, as nominated by the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners in the entry process will each receive a $1000 Pascal Press voucher/redemption code to be redeemed towards the purchase of EXCEL books directly from Pascal Press.
b. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
c. If nominated prizes are not available due to circumstances beyond the control of the promoter, similar prizes will be provided at the same or greater RRP value.
d. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple.
Item 12 - Prize acceptance and unclaimed prize draw date
c. Winners will receive an email requesting confirmation of their personal information such as full name, contact number, email address and postal address for delivery of prizes. Winners must respond with their correct personal information via email or phone to receive their Prize in the mail.
d. Where possible, prizes will be presented in person by an appropriate employee of Pascal Press. Where this is not possible, prizes will be delivered by secure delivery.
e. To receive the Prize, please allow a minimum of four (4) weeks from the date of accepting the Prize.
f. No compensation will be payable if the Prize Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated for whatever reason.
g. If the Prize(s) are unclaimed by the unclaimed prize draw date, the Promoter will award the Prize(s) to another Eligible Entrant(s) drawn at random, subject to any directions from any regulatory authority. Unclaimed prize draw date is three (3) weeks from competition end date.
Item 13 - Privacy policy and exclusion of liability - Pascal Press
a. Shall not be liable for any losses of damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained on incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or its prizes.
b. By supplying your email address upon entering the competition with Pascal Press you consent to receive promotional and/or program update emails from the Pascal Press group of companies including Blake Education, WordFlyers, Reading Eggs and Blake E-Learning. You may opt out of these emails at any time by following the specific opt out instructions within the communication we send.
c. Makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes.
d. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any losses to any party arising from any variation or cancellation.
e. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
f. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion.
g. Ownership of all material will rest with The Promoter and may use all personal information collected in connection with this Promotion in accordance with the principles and purposes outlined in its Privacy Policy at

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook; and to release Instagram and Facebook from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Item 14 - In case of disagreement of these terms and conditions In the case where the winner(s) decide they do not wish to be part of this Promotion and/or disagree with the Terms & Conditions outlined in some or all of the Items outlined above, they're requested to email
customerservice@pascalpress.com.au with the subject line "Withdrawal from School's Back competition" and include their name and email address in the email during the Promotion period stated in Item 6. Doing so will lead to withdrawal from the Promotion.
