Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.
Entry is open to customers who have provided feedback and therefore entered via a survey link provided to them during their shopping visit.
One entry per customer feedback submitted will go into the draw for 1 of four AU $50.00 gift cards per calendar month. Total value of the prize pool is AU $2400.00 over 12 months. The winners will each receive an AU $50.00 Best&Less gift card. Best&Less gift card conditions apply – see bestandless.com.au for details.
Customers enter their feedback by completing an online survey. Entries will be completed via one of the following links provided to the customer at
www.bestandless.com.au/feedback, through emails or direct link to the survey at
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/XL5PZDJEmployees (and their immediate family members) of the promoter, or any related body corporate of the promoter including their entities, as well as any agency associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The period of this competition begins at 12:00:00am (AEST) on 1 July 2020 and ends on 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 30 June 2021 (“Competition Period”). The Competition Period is made up of twelve separate prize draw periods (“Prize Draw Periods”), which are:
Prize Draw Period 1: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 July 2020 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) 31 July 2020 will be included in the prize draw
Prize Draw Period 2: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 August 2020 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 31 August 2020 will be included in the prize draw
Prize Draw Period 3: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 September 2020 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) 30 September 2020 will be included in the prize draw
Prize Draw Period 4: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 October 2020 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 31 October 2020 will be included in the prize draw
Prize Draw Period 5: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 November 2020 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) 30 November 2020 will be included in the prize draw
Prize Draw Period 6: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 December 2020 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 31 December 2020 will be included in the prize draw
Prize Draw Period 7: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 January 2021 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) 31 January 2021 will be included in the prize draw
Prize Draw Period 8: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 February 2021 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 28 February 2021 will be included in the prize draw
Prize Draw Period 9: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 March 2021 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) 31 March 2021 will be included in the prize draw
Prize Draw Period 10: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 April 2021 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 30 April 2021 will be included in the prize draw
Prize Draw Period 11: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 May 2021 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) 31 May 2021 will be included in the prize draw
Prize Draw Period 12: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 June 2021 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 30 June 2021 will be included in the prize draw
The draw will be conducted at 9am (AEST) the 2nd Tuesday of the month on the following previous prize draw period date.
Winners will be notified via phone or email within 7 days of the draw.
The draw will be conducted by Best&Less, Level 1, 657 – 673 Parramatta Rd Leichhardt, Sydney, NSW, 2040, Australia.
This is not a game of skill. The four single prize winners will be selected by Best&Less at random through an automatic selection process.
Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw. The promoter’s decision is final.
