The Promoter is Catalina Rose Bay Pty Ltd ABN: 42 063 565 962 of Catalina Rose Bay,
Lyne Park, Rose Bay (Promoter).
Terms and Conditions of entry
One entry per person. Entrants must have dined for lunch or dinner at the venue or ordered
takeaway from the venue between Saturday, 1 AUGUST 2020 and Saturday, 31 OCTOBER
2020 and filled out the competition entry flyer for entry to be valid. The winner will be
chosen at random from the eligible entries. Prizes will be drawn at 11:00am on Thursday, 5
NOVEMBER 2020. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email on day of draw and
their name will be published on social media and in both the Catalina and AHOY CLUB
newsletter, although the winner can choose to have their name and location anonymised to
first name and town. Employees, contractors or suppliers of the venue or sponsor are not
permitted to enter. The sponsor and drawer of this promotion is AHOY CLUB.
How to enter?
Entrants must complete the below steps to complete your entry
1. Dine in venue for lunch or dinner or order takeaway between 1 August – 31
OCTOBER 2020
2. Simply fill out the entry form and submit to Catalina staff at your time of dining.

may be redeemed Monday – Thursday, from 5 November –
17 December 2020 subject to availability.
RRP $35,000 AUD
One recipient will receive the advertised prize. The prize is non-transferable, nonexchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
The prize may only be redeemed Monday – Thursday, 5 November – 17 December 2020.
Contacting final recipient
The recipient will be notified by 5PM (AEST) on Tuesday, 5 November 2020 via email or
contact number supplied with entry. The successful recipient has until Sunday, 8
November 2020 to contact Catalina Rose Bay to claim the prize. Failure to claim the
prize by Sunday, 8 November 2020 means the terms of the prize will lapse and a new
recipient will be selected on Monday, 9 November 2020.
By entering entrants agree to the following conditions
• They will apply with relevant laws and not submit any material (Content) that is
unlawful or fraudulent or that may be in breach of any intellectual property, privacy,
publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually
inappropriate, politically incorrect, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, racist,
ageist, sexist, objectionable with respect to religion, origin or gender, not suitable for
children, or otherwise unsuitable for publication in the context of this competition.
• They will indemnify the Promoters against all costs and claims by third parties arising
from a breach these Conditions of Entry.
• They acknowledge and agree that Catalina Rose Bay Pty Ltd and AHOY CLUB Pty
Ltd have the rights to publish prize winner in any medium including Catalina
Rose Bay Pty Ltd and AHOY CLUB marketing material, including social media,
Catalina Rose Bay website and AHOY CLUB website.
