KX AT HOME CHALLENGE
This offer is for Participants to enter the KX At Home Challenge at Participating Studios and complete 12 classes in 30 days between 13 August 2020 and 11 September 2020 for $80 (Challenge).
Definitions
• Account means a OneFitStop account via which clients can book and manage KX Pilates classes;
• Challenge Period means between 12:01am 13 August 2020 until 11:59pm 11 September 2020;
• Challenge Pack means 12 live KX At Home classes for $80 to be used within 30 days from start of the Challenge Period;
• KX At Home means the live pilates classes hosted by KX Pilates made available to Participants online through KX Pilates’ website;
• KX Pilates means KX Pilates Franchising Pty Ltd;
• Participants means new and existing KX Pilates;
• Participating Studio means any KX Pilates studio in Victoria participating in the Offer.
Challenge Terms
• The Challenge is available to new and existing clients who have created an Account via the KX Pilates website or app.
• The Challenge is only available at Participating Studios in Victoria. Contact your local studio to determine if they are participating.
• All Challenge Packs must be used within the Challenge Period at the studio of purchase.
• The Offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise specified.
• Offer is not transferrable between studios and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit or products.
• Subject to applicable laws, the Offer may be varied, updated or terminated at any time.
• Offer is limited to one per Participant.
At Home Challenge Competition
KX At Home Competition
This offer is for Entrants to win one of two Motivational packs (valued at $1310) at a participating KX Pilates studio if they post a photo of themselves on Facebook or Instagram participating in KX At Home Workout with the hashtags #KXAtHome and #KXAtHomeChallenge during the Competition Period (“Competition”). Total prize value between $1310
Definitions
“Entrant” or “you” means an Australian resident over the age of 18 who resides in Australia and enters the Competition;
“Motivational Pack” means a $250 Reebok clothing, footwear and accessories pack, a $1000 Vitadrop Voucher, and 2 x Single KX Pilates in-studio classes, valued at $60.
“Competition Period” means 12:01am AEST Thursday 27 August 2020 to 11:59pm AEST Friday 11 September 2020.
“Participating Studio” means a KX Pilates studio that is participating in the Competition.
“Prize” means one of two motivational packs (Valued at $1310)
“Promoter” means KX Pilates Franchising Pty Ltd as Trustee for the KX Pilates Franchising Unit Trust (ACN 158 620 047) and all KX Pilates studios Australia-wide;
Eligibility
Entrants must:
a) be over the age of 18 at the time of the Competition Period;
b) be an Australian resident; and
c) sign any required waivers and documentation provided by the Promoter.
How to enter
To enter the Competition and qualify for the Prize, the Entrant must, within the Competition Period, post either on Facebook or Instagram a photo of themselves participating in a KX At Home workouts with the hashtags #KXAtHome and #KXAtHomeChallenge.
How the Prize Winner is selected
a) The two winners of the Prize (“Prize Winners”) will be decided by the Promoter by 9am Monday 14 September 2020 (“Judging Date”) at 27 St Edmonds Road, Prahran VIC 3181.
b) The Promoter will decide upon the Prize Winners at its sole discretion based on its opinion of the best photos submitted by an Entrant. The Promotor’s judgement is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
c) The Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Prize Winners. Each entry will be individually judged on style and creative merit of the photo provided by the Entrant.
d) The Prize Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 business days of the Judging Date. Upon acceptance of the Prize, the Prize Winners’ names may be published on the Promotor’s website or social media pages (e.g. Instagram or Facebook).
e) The Prize Winners must provide a valid phone number and email address in order to redeem the Prize.
f) If the Promoter is unable to contact a Prize Winner within fourteen (14) days of the Judging Date, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will select a new Prize Winner in its discretion.
g) The Prize Winners must nominate a Participating Studio to apply the Prize. Contact your local KX Pilates studio to determine if they are participating.
h) Upon or following acceptance of the Prize, the Prize Winners may be required to enter into any additional agreements, deeds, waivers and/or guarantees (“Additional Agreement”) with the Promoter.
i) The Prize Winners acknowledge that acceptance, redemption and/or use of the Prize may be conditional on the Prize Winners entering into and complying with any Additional Agreement.
Prize details
a) $250 Reebok Pack:
a. Pack with be hand selected Reebok product to the total value of $250 (apparel, footwear and accessories) subject to winning consumer sizing.
b. Reebok will form selection around the winners first preference, so they can receive the value in full on apparel and accessories only, or footwear, apparel and accessories where footwear is capped at $150.
c. The winning prize cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for items equal or similar value according to availability.
b) Vitadrop Voucher
a. A $1000 Vitadrop voucher valid for 365 days from the date of receiving the voucher.
c) 2 x Single KX Pilates Class Pack
a. The Class Pack is valid for 365 days from the date of receiving the pack.
b. All other terms applicable to the Class Pack must be complied with and are available at

c. Additional and ancillary costs resulting from acceptance of the Prize that are not stated as inclusions are not included as part of the Prize and are the responsibility of the Prize Winner.
d. The Prize is non-transferrable and may not be exchanged for any other consideration. No compensation will be available from the Promotor if the Prize Winners is unable to use the Prize or if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
e. Entrants consent to the Promoter or its promotional partners using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in marketing materials if they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition.
General
a) Entrants may enter the Competition multiple times.
b) The Prize is non-transferrable and may not be exchanged for any other consideration. No compensation will be available from the Promoter if the Prize Winner is unable to use the Prize or if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
