1. To redeem your FREE* gift card, simply scan the QR listed on in Centre and retailer counter signage or click on the button below and fill in your details and receipt information as required. Purchase information will need to be submitted on the same day as the purchase is made.

2. Visit one of our Customer Service team members to redeem your gift card at:
Customer Service Desk located at Entry 2 near Suncorp Bank - click here for trading hours.   
Customer Service Pop Up located in Centre Court near TK Maxx and Toymate, operating 10am to 1pm daily

Customer Service Pop Up located in the North Mall near Woolworths and Big W, operating 10am to 1pm every Saturday and Sunday

Please note, all details and purchase information will need to be added electronically/online before visiting Customer Service. If you are in Centre and cannot access via your smartphone, there will be a electronic sign up kiosk (iPad) located at each Customer Service point.
