1. This competition is run by HomeStart Finance (ABN: 82 8291 698 85) located at Level 5 169 Pirie Street, Adelaide South Australia 5000 and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media platforms. All enquiries should therefore be directed to HomeStart Finance.

To enter the entrant must click on the link to the HomeStart Finance Competition and submit your details.3. By participating you agree that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions as provided.
4. You must be eighteen (18) years of age to enter this competition and to receive the prize.
5. Any costs associated with entering remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the internet service provider used and under no circumstance will be the responsibility of HomeStart Finance.
6. This competition commences on Monday, 21 September 2020 at 11:00 (11am) and ends on Fridday, 25 September 2020 at 9:00 (9am). After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. There are four prizes available, which includes a total of sixteen (16) tickets, valued at a maximum of $30 each ticket. The tickets are for The 91-Storey Treehouse across four separate dates;
- Monday, 28 September 2020 (1pm)
- Tuesday, 29 September 2020 (10.30am)
- Tuesday, 29 September 2020 (1pm)
- Wednesday, 30 September 2020 (10.30am)
Each prize is a family pass (4 tickets) to one of the theatre shows, the show and time slot will be preselected by HomeStart Finance.
8. Each winner will be contacted after 09:00 (9am) Friday, 25 September 2020. The winner has until 17:00 (5pm) on Friday, 25 September 2020 to confirm their acceptance of the prize.
9. If the winner has not confirmed by their intention to accept the prize by this time the prize will be forfeited and HomeStart have the right to run a redraw competition. In the event that a redraw is required. HomeStart will conduct a new Facebook competition and new T&C’s will apply.
10. Prize will be available for collection at the BASS counter inside the Adelaide Festival Centre, on the day of that particular show. Identification will be required at collection point.
11. We will publish the winner on our HomeStart Finance website.
12. This prize in non-transferrable, redeemable for cash or to be on sold. Only valid for the date and show of the winning timeslot.
13. Disqualification of any entrants or entries will occur where we reasonably suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.
14. By accepting these terms and conditions you are agreeing to receive email material from HomeStart Finance in regard to other competitions, community events and HomeStart products and events.
15. HomeStart staff and their immediate families are not permitted to enter this competition.
