8. Entry Restrictions
a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants must have a registered address in either Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria or South Australia.
9. How to enter
During the competition period:
(a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station website. Entrants must complete the online entry form by providing their contact details and answering three multiple choice questions correctly.
(b) All valid entries received will be placed into a random electronic prize draw to participate in the competition.
10. Limitation on entries
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form on each occasion Entrants may only win one prize each.

Major Draw
One [1] major draw will be conducted, as follows:
• Draw: 12pm Monday 12th October 2020 at ARN, Level 3, 40-54
McDougall Street, Milton, QLD, 4064
• The Promoter may contact entrants prior to the Draw to verify eligibility
requirements.
13: Prize Details
There is up to one (1) major prize to be won, throughout the duration of the competition period.

If the winner resides in NSW, VIC, QLD, the winner will receive:
• $5000 cash prize
• $500 Instant Scratch It’s Gift Pack
If the winner resides in SA. the winner will receive:
• $5000 cash prize
15: Winner Notification
Major prize winner will be notified on Monday 12th October 2020:
• via e-mail
• via telephone
Winners of prizes valued at over $500 (inc GST) will be published on the Station Website ‘WIN’ Page.
16: Prize Claim and Delivery
Prizes must be claimed by 5:30pm AEDST on Monday 11th January 2021.
(a) Winner will need to provide the Promotor with photographic ID validating their age (must be aged 18 years and above) prior to prize collection.
(b) Winner will need to either give consent to have their Instant Scratch Its prize pack (NSW, VIC, QLD winner only) mailed to their preferred postal address at their own risk, OR
(c) They can elect to collect their prize from their local post office. Winner will have 3 months from the date that their prize is awarded to collect their gift card. Failure to collect the gift card by the respective date will result in the winner forfeiting their prize.
(d) They can elect to collect their prize from their local Station. The Station will contact the winner when their prize is ready for collection.
17. Special conditions
All references to the Instant Scratch-Its brand is a reference to Tabcorp Holdings Ltd’s licensed lottery operators/related bodies corporate.
Entrants grant to the Promoter and Instant Scratch It’s a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials submitted for the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes.
By entering this competition, Entrants agree that, without limitation:
(i) Materials do not contain copyright materials of anyone else unless they have the express consent of that person(s);
(ii) Materials do not contain anything which is (as determined by the Promoter in its discretion) obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
(iii) They have the full authority to grant to the Promoter the rights referred to in these Conditions of Entry; and
(iv) For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry which does not meet the criteria above.
(v) Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
General
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered regarding the award of any prize or the pronouncement of a winner or winners (as applicable).
