ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to anyone. Employees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of AndreeaBondoc.com, and other participating sponsors and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and each of their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Releasees") are not eligible to enter or win. This contest is governed by Singaporean law. This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations that govern contests. If any provision of this Contest shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
RIZES AND ODDS: Winners will be randomly selected and announced within one week of the drawing from among all eligible entries received during the contest period. Each randomly selected Winner shall receive one (1) item as advertised in the contest post. AndreeaBondoc.com will be responsible for shipping charges, but the winner will be responsible for all customs and/or import charges that may be applicable. Contest may be presented in multiple presentations and in other media. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of any prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the respective winner. All federal, state and local taxes or any customs or import charges on prizes are the respective winner's responsibility. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of any prizes in this contest shall be solely determined by Main Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except. Main Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded.
Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, representatives, agents, licensees, successors and assigns (i) make no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning the prizes; and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty.
The Winner will be contacted via Facebook message or by the email address provided on the Contest entry form. If the prize winner fails to contact AndreeaBondoc.com within 14 days of winner announcement, then AndreeaBondoc.com eligibility is forfeit and AndreeaBondoc.com makes no guarantee as to the availability Contest prize. Prize Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If, in the opinion of the Main Sponsor or Administrator, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic tampering with any portion of the contest, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest, the Main Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently.
PARTICIPATION: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of the Contest as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Contest is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.
