Tickets on sale from Tuesday 10 November 2020 at Member Services.
Tickets are $2.00 each open to all to purchase, members, guests, staff, management, and Board of Directors.
POS to generate a ticket for purchaser.
Purchaser to fully complete contact details and place in the barrel at the time of purchase.
Incomplete or illegible contact details may result in a redraw.
Fifty (50) Prizes including Toys and Coles Group Gift Cards to be won.
Raffle Drawn Sunday 13 December Level 1. Sports Lounge 1. At the conclusion of the Sunday Club raffle.
Winner to be determined via a Barrel Draw.
The winners are not required to be on the premises at the time of the draw.
Winners will be notified by Monday 14 December. If the prize winner cannot be contacted by Ballina RSL Club management by 11.00am, Wednesday 16 December 2020, a redraw from the original ticket pool will take place until a valid prize winner is contacted by phone at this time.
Prizes will be allocated according to the displayed prize list order.
The winners will be announced via the Club’s Public Address System at the time of the draw and posted on Ballina RSL website by Monday 14 December.
The issuing of prizes will not commence until all fifty (50) winning ticket have been drawn.
Supervisor must sight a current membership card which includes a photo or other photo ID if not a club member and Winner’s must sign the Collection Register when collecting prizes.
Prizes are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash and will not be exchanged. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
The prize value will not exceed $3000.00
