TERMS AND CONDITIONS
POWER100’s Golden Toolbox
The following terms and conditions apply for the Grant Broadcasters POWER100’S Golden Toolbox promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Grant Broadcasters General Contest Rules. Where there is any
inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin Monday 23rd November, 2020 to Thursday 17th December, 2020.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners can enter into the draw by doing one, or all of the following:
- Listen in to Dave. Karina or Wildy and call on the cue to get a spot in the draw. One entry per person.
- Enter their details on the Golden Toolbox page within the win section of power100.com.au, one entry per person.
- Spend $50 in store at United Tools to receive another entry into the draw, one entry per $50 spend.
No Grant Broadcasters staff friends or family can enter this promotion.
3. PRIZE
Toolbox filled with tools to the value of $5,000.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS
Four finalists will be selected from the on-air and online entries, and one finalist will be selected from the United Tools
entries on Thursday 17
th of December, 2020. These finalists will be invited down to our POWER100 outside broadcast
at United Tools on Thursday 17th of December at 5:15pm to be given a key for the competition. At 5:30pm all 5
finalists will take turns trying their key to see which key opens the toolbox. The finalist with the key that opens the
toolbox, wins the prize.
5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified at the time of winning. The winner will then be contacted by phone call to arrange
collection of the major prize.
6. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify Grant Broadcasters against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out
of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal
injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or
omission or otherwise.
By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to their voice and/or image to be used on air or in other marketing
collateral (including social media).
7. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all
associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. Winners must be from within the
broadcast area of the radio station to enter.
If after winner’s announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
Contestants may be required to forfeit their prize or be disqualified from entry at the discretion of Grant Broadcasters.
8. ALTERATION OF CONTEST SPOTS.
Grant Broadcasters reserves the right to alter or drop contest spots from the competition due to changed
programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason.
