How to win
Starting on the 5th December, we will be releasing a new puzzle every second day for 12 days across email, Instagram and our website.
Each puzzle contains a hidden letter for you to find. Collect the letters as you go along and they'll form a 6 letter anagram relating to Christmas at Hagen's.
Submit your word between the 16th & 23rd December on THIS PAGE for your chance to win big. The winner will be chosen at random on the 24th December.

The Nitty Gritty
Competition is open to residents of Victoria over the age of 18 years old. Entrants must submit their answer before the 23rd December. Winner will receive 1 x $150 voucher every week for 52 weeks of 2021. The date of first voucher is January 1st, 2021. Winner must use that voucher within the week (vouchers will not roll over), or the voucher is invalid. The voucher must not be shared with anyone else, and the winner must provide an email address that will be associated with the voucher. Voucher can not be exchanged for cash.
Voucher is only to be used online, and not in our retail stores. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Closing date for entry will be 23/12/2020. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The winner will be notified by email on the 24/12/2020. If the winner cannot be contacted or they do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner
