PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following prizes are to be given away as part of the ILR Summerbration competition:

These ILR gift cards can be redeemed at any Local Liquor, Liquor & Co, Supabarn or Liquor Boss store in NSW or ACT.

By submitting an entry to the Summerbration Promotion, the entrant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
You must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia to enter the Summerbration promotion.
Entries are open to NSW,VIC, QLD and ACT residents over 18 years or over.
Entries can only be made in an individual’s own name and in their own capacity and no entry can be made for or on behalf of any other person, venture or organisation.
To receive an entry ticket with a unique voucher number, you must purchase one or more of the selected alcohol products from a NSW or ACT Local Liquor, Liquor & Co, Liquor Boss or Supabarn store during the promotional period. For each transaction that includes one or more of the selected products, you will receive an entry ticket with a unique voucher code upon purchase.

, follow the prompts, input the requested details including first name, last name, contact number, email address, postal address, unique code, confirm age of 18 years and over by ticking the relevant tick box and agree to the Terms and Conditions by ticking the relevant tick box and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
Entrants must purchase at least one of the following selected alcohol products to be eligible to enter – Great Northern Original, XXXX Gold, Jack Daniels, Canadian Club, Johnnie Walker, Mudhouse Wines, Angove Organic Wines, McGuigan Black Label wines, Magic Box wines, Barwang Wines, Evans & Tate Classic Wines, Jameson Whiskey, Taylors Estate wines, Pepperjack Wines, Whitley Neil Gin, Giesen Wines, Jose Curvo Tequila, Oyster Bay wines, Hendricks Gin, Southern Comfort, Cointreau, Aperol, Grey Goose Vodka, Vodka Cruisers, Jansz Sparkling, Pepperjack Wines, Berton Metal Wines, Tyrrells Hunter Valley, Devil’s Corner Wines.
Each participating product is a four (4) pack, six (6) pack, ten (10) pack, twenty-four (24) pack or a bottle 700ml or more (as applicable) and subject to availability
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per participating product per Qualifying Purchase; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; (c) only one (1) unique code per entry is permitted; (d) each unique code can only be used once; and (e) unrecognised codes will be deemed invalid
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase.Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
Entries into the promotion open from 18 November 2020 close at 11.59pm AEDST on 15 December 2020 (inclusive).
Promotions are not open to:
Employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with the Promotion;
The spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, or sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent) of such employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household);
Any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win any Promotion run by the Promoter except in the case of a legal change of name.
The Store Prize winners will be drawn by random draw on 17/12/2020.
Entrants who enter a unique instant win code may win any instant win prize when they enter their unique voucher code and contact details at liquorpromos.com.au. Instant win prizes will be allocated randomly.
Users who don’t win an instant win prize will automatically go into the Store Prize draw to win the Store Prize.
Users who win an instant win prize will automatically go into the store prize draw to win the Store Prize.
Users who win one of the ILR gift cards will be mailed an ILR gift card to the value of $50 to the address specified in the contact detail form, which can be redeemed within ACT, NSW, NSW, QLD, VIC Local Liquor, Liquor & Co, Liquor Boss or Supabarn Stores.
The card can only be used in one transaction and must be forfeited to store staff at point of purchase.
Should the total transaction amount be less than $50, no change will be provided. If a winner spends more than $50 in the transaction, $50 will be taken off the total transaction price.
The ILR gift cards will be valid from 18/11/2020 to 30/06/2021
Promotional period runs from 18/11/2020 until 15/12/2020.
The winners will be drawn by random draw at suite 207/222 City Walk, Canberra City 2601 0n 17/12/2020 at 10am.
The winners will be announced via liquorpromos.com.au on 21/12/2020
Both the winner and their guest for the prize must be 18 years or over.
Winner will be required to sign a prize acceptance form including liability and publicity waiver within 12 weeks of being notified as the winner to formally accept the prize.
The winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or willful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol and encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. The prize is not transferable and the store prize and instant win prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
Should the initial winner/s not claim their prize within 12 weeks of notification, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on 8/04/2021 suite 207/222 City Walk, Canberra City 2601 based on the permission granted by the Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing. The winner of this draw will be notified via email and phone by 15/04/2021. Winners will have 12 weeks to claim their prizes.
If there are any unclaimed prizes from the draw conducted on 8/04/2021, then these prizes will be entered into an unclaimed prize draw after a 3-month period to award any other Promotion by NSW Local Liquor, Liquor & Co, Liquor Boss or Supabarn stores.
These will be notified to the Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing and will be subject to any directions from the Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing.
