Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the “Click Energy Celebration Competition,” participants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
The competition commences at 12.01am AEDT Saturday 26 December 2020 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT Sunday 31 January 2021 (Promotion Period).
This competition is a game of chance and the winners will be drawn at random.
Entry into the competition is only open to Active Customers (at the time of draw) of Click Energy aged 18 years or over and who have accepted Click Energy’s Privacy Policy. For the avoidance of doubt this includes any customer of Click Energy who signed up before or during the Promotion Period.
Employees and their immediate families of Click Energy, its retailers, suppliers, agencies, and companies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter this competition, regardless of if they have an Active account with Click Energy.
To be entered into the competition, participants must be a current Click Energy Customer in an ‘Active’ or ‘Pending In’ (in the process of connecting) status. Customers in a ‘Pending Out’ status (in the process of disconnecting) will not be included.
Customers in an ‘Active’ or ‘Pending In’ status will automatically be granted one entry per Residential and/or Business account (ie Electricity, Gas, Solar) into the Competition. Should the ‘Pending In’ customer cancel their account with Click Energy during their Cool Off Period, they will be removed from the competition.
Customers in an ‘Active’ or ‘Pending In’ status can increase their number of entries into the competition by completing one of the following actions:
Add an additional account for their current property or add an additional property
Opt into Direct Debit Bill Payments for one or more of their accounts. For the avoidance of doubt this includes any ‘Active’ or ‘Pending’ In who opted into Direct Debit Billing before or during the Promotion Period.
Successfully refer a friend via the Click Circle Referral Program. The additional entry will only be made if the referred friend reaches an ‘Active’ or ‘Pending In’ status at the time of the draw.
Entries must be received by Click Energy during the Promotion Period. Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be considered for the competition.
This competition has one hundred and twenty (120) winners, randomly drawn by Click Energy from all valid entries. The prizes are:

50 x $100AUD Bill Credits (GST included)

The prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
The draw will take place at 5 intervals throughout the promotion at Click Energy’s premises located at Level 1, 90 Collins Street Melbourne VIC 3000 by a member of the Click Energy Marketing Team. Draw times for each of the prizes is listed below:

If the customer is unsuccessful in the first draw, they will still be in the running to win for the next prize; right through to the final prize (in all five weeks). If a customer is successful in any of the draws, that entry will be withdrawn from the competition. If the customer has more than one entry in the draw, the additional entries will remain in the draw.
eGift Cards will be supplied via Prezzee. The Prezzee Swap eGift Cards will be emailed to the winning customers billing email address within 5 working days of the draw taking place. Prezzee Swap eGift Card terms and conditions include:
Prezzee Swap eGift Cards have a 36-month expiry date for users to exchange to the new Retailer eGift Card of their choice. Once the new eGift Card has been selected new expiry dates will be set and terms and conditions apply to the specific Retailer eGift Card chosen.

The Bill Credit prizes will be applied to the winning customer’s account within 5 working days of the draw taking place and:
Will appear on the winners next bill and consecutive bills until credit is exhausted.
Should the customer fail to use the full credit before leaving Click Energy, the credit will be forfeited.
Any costs associated with entering the competition and accessing the website are the responsibility of the participant.
Click Energy accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way.

As the winner/s will be current (‘Active’ or ‘Pending In’) Click Energy customer/s at the time of the draw, the winner will have their bill credit automatically applied onto their winning account, or the eGift Card issued to their current billing email address.
The winner’s first name and surname initial, will be published by 9am the day following the draw dates (as listed above) on Click Energy’s Facebook Page at facebook.com/clickenergy and the participant, by participating in the competition, consents to such publication for all purposes (including for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth)).
As the winner/s will be current Click Energy customer/s there will be no unclaimed prizes, and thus no unclaimed prize draw.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;

Click Energy reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of the winner and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this competition. Verification is at the discretion of Click Energy; whose decision is final and binding.
Click Energy reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this competition.
Any disputes regarding the competition or claiming of the prize will be resolved by Click Energy; whose decision is final and binding.
All other conditions of the Click Energy Market Terms & Conditions and relevant Victorian Energy Fact Sheets/Basic Plan Information Documents apply to the customer’s agreement with Click Energy.
To the extent permitted by law, Click Energy reserves the right to disqualify a participant or cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition without liability to the participant.
