2. Excluded patrons, Board of Directors, employees of Magpies Sporting Club and their immediate family, and
Magpies Sporting Club advertising agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
2.1 Immediate Family is defined as Parents, Spouse, Siblings & Children.
3. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
4. The promotion operates during club trading hours commencing 9am Friday 1
st January 2021 to 6:59pm Saturday
30th January 2021.
5. An entry ticket is earned when a member:
5.1 Swipes at the kiosk (1 per day)
5.2 Has their membership card swiped at the bar/s (excluding Skys Function Venue), Hub Café or Centro
Restaurant with a $5 or more spend.
5.3 Has their current membership card correctly inserted in a gaming machine with a cumulative
turnover of $5.
6 Members can enter as many times as they like during the promotional period.
6. Patrons must validate their entry tickets by swiping their card at the kiosk, tills or by inserting their card into a
gaming machine at any time on the day of the draws.
7. The draws will be conducted on 2 dates:
7.1. Draw 1: 2-7pm Tuesday 26th January 2021 and
7.2. Draw 2: 2-7pm Saturday 30th January 2021.
a. Winners will be generated at random from the virtual barrel by Magpies staff every 30 minutes and
announced over the microphone.
b. The winner drawn has 2 minutes to make themselves known to the compare and present their
membership card.
c. If the prize is unclaimed after 2 minutes additional draws will take place until a winner claims their prize.
d. The winner selects a shrimp off the display BBQ. Each shrimp has a slip displaying a cash amount, which
the member is awarded.
e. Once the winner choses a shrimp it is not put back on the barby for another winner to choose.
f. Unclaimed winning entries drawn will not be added back into the virtual barrel.
g. Winners are only eligible for one prize per person at each of the draws.
8. The cash values on the slips attached to the shrimps range from $100.00 to $2100.00.
9. Magpies Sporting Club is not liable for any loss, damage or injury by any person in connection with this promotion.
10. If due to equipment failure management reserves the right to use alternative methods to conduct this promotion.
11. The decisions of the management of Magpies Sporting Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. Participation in the promotion confirms acceptance of the conditions of entry governing Magpies Sporting Club.
13. The promoter is Magpies Sporting Club and reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time.
