TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The Promoter of the ‘YOU TIME’ consumer promotion (the “Promotion”) is Priceline Pty Ltd, ABN 18 005 968 310, at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124, (the “Promoter”).
2. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter also form part of these terms and conditions.
Competition Dates
3. The Promotion commences at 12:00 am AEST on 25 February 2021 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 14 March 2021 (the “Promotion Period”). All Entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 11:59 pm AEST on 14 March 2021.
Qualifying Criteria
4. Entry into the Promotion must be through completion of entry form within the Promotion Period.
5. Before you can enter in the Promotion, you must meet the following criteria:
You must be aged eighteen (18) years or older as of the Promotion start date; and
You must be a member of the Priceline Sister Club loyalty program.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its contractors and agencies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or 1st cousin, whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manger, employee, officer or contractor.
You at the time of entry must have a valid Australian residential address.
Entering the Promotion
6. Entry into the Promotion must be undertaken during the Promotion Period and as follows:
a. Entrants must go to
www.priceline.com.au/competitions/youtime and complete the entry form within the Promotion Period.
b. Entrants must enter in twenty-five (25) words or less why they deserve some ‘You Time’. Two hundred and twenty-five (225) winners will be chosen based on the content of this field.
c. Entrants must choose one of the ten (10) type of You Time experiences available at the time of entry. If an entrant selects one (1) specific experience that deems to be unavailable at the time of processing, another available experience will be selected by the Promoter on behalf of the Entrant.
d. Entrants must provide their details including their:
i. Sister Club number
ii. Full name
iii. Address including suburb, state and postcode
iiv. Email address
v. Mobile number
For the avoidance of doubt, there is a total of two hundred and twenty-five (225) prizes available, across the entire campaign period.
7. Entries into the competition are limited to one (1) entry per Australian household and that any duplicate entries will be deemed invalid at the time of processing.
8. The potential winners will be chosen by a panel of two (2) independent judges who are marketing professionals, based on the following judging criteria applied to each Entrant's entry: Relevance to the Promotion Post (50%); Uniqueness (25%); and Consistency with the Promoter’s brand ideals (25%) (together, the "Criteria").

10. Winners will be drawn on two days within the Promotion Period, 8 March 2021 and 14 March 2021. Winners will be notified within two-three (2-3) business days of prize draw via mobile if their entry has been selected and their chosen prize is available. Winners will be asked for three (3) available time slots for their services. Promoter will attempt to schedule their service in one (1) of these time slots. If the promoter is unable to schedule services appropriately then the winner will be offered an alternative time slot. If after three (3) attempts the promoter is unable to schedule the service with the winner, the prize will be forfeited to the next available entrant.
11. Services will be confirmed up to twenty four (24) hours before scheduled time and date. Once confirmed service time and date cannot be adjusted unless the winner is subject to extenuating circumstances.
12. Winning prizes will be distributed between 10 March 2021 and 22 March 2021. Select services are available after 7:00pm on weekdays and on the weekend at the promoter’s discretion. Addresses will be verified for safety purposes prior to service commencement. All suppliers have the right to refuse or leave a location if they feel their safety is at risk resulting in a forfeit of the winner’s prize.
13. Winners will receive standard service as prize as described above. Any service add-ons requested by winners is at the discretion of the service provider and will come at a cost to the entrant.
14. Winners must be at their provided address at the time and date of service commencement. There is a fifteen (15) minute grace period for all service start times. If a service cannot commence at start time or within the grace period them the service is forfeited, and the winner is deemed as a no-show. Any no-shows will incur a cancellation of the service and forfeit of the prize. The promoter is still contracted to pay for no-shows and so these prizes will not be redistributed to entrants.
15. If any of prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then another available prize of the same or lesser value will be awarded to the winning Entrant by the Promoter.
16. The stated value of the prize is correct at the commencement date of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in value of the prizes or the individual components of the prizes. The prizes (whether in whole or in part) are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash or other goods or services. By accepting a prize a winner agrees to the applicable prize supplier Terms & Conditions.
17. If at the completion of the promotional period any unclaimed prizes will be retained by the promoter for use at their sole discretion.
Promotional and Other Obligations
18. By entering the Competition, you agree that in the event that you are deemed as a successful entrant/winner of one of the prizes referred to in these Promotion Terms and Conditions, you make yourself available for reasonable publicity purposes related to the Promotion and that (without limiting its rights), the Promoter may conduct interviews and or request photographs relating to the Promotion that are to be used for such publicity purposes and publication by the Promoter as it deems necessary.
Miscellaneous
17. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered by you (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of you taking part in, winning or using any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By taking part in the Promotion, you, irrevocably assign all rights, title, and interest in your entry to the Promoter and waive any moral rights in relation to the same. You
must procure all individual assignments and moral rights waivers as necessary to ensure the assignment of all rights to the Promoter in accordance with this clause.
19. The Promoter will use the information contained in your entry form in accordance with the Privacy Policy on the on the Promoter’s website at
www.priceline.com.au/priceline-policies/privacy-policy.
20. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, prohibition by the relevant authorities or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion as it sees fit, subject to approval by regulatory authorities. Any entry which is made as a result of tampering with the entry process will be invalid and not eligible to win a prize.
21. These Promotion terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the law in New South Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
