TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To be eligible for entry, the customer must;
1. Subscribe to the Post Office Square customer e-newsletter database by following the prompts online or in- Centre at Post Office Square.
2. The competition commences on Monday 15 March 2021 at 9am.
3. The competition will close on Friday 9 April 2021 at 12pm. The draw will take place Friday 9 April 2021 at 1pm.
4. One (1) winner will be randomly drawn, winning the following prize;
• A picnic experience for four (4) people total. The 2-hour picnic experience will be styled and catered for with food from Post Office Square retailers selected by the winner. This also includes a musician for 2-hours, catering, gift bags, polaroid camera and additional décor/games to enjoy.
• Total Prize Pool Value: $850
9. The Winners will be notified by email and/or phone.
10. Customers must be 18 years or over to enter.
11. The prize will need to be redeemed by booking in a date within 3 months of the prize being drawn and picnic
date must be selected between Monday-Friday that suits the winner and the Post Office Square team. Picnic date is subject to weather, and a new date will be selected if it should rain or be forecast to rain within 24 hours of the picnic timing.
12. The following persons are not eligible to enter the competition: • Tenants of Post Office Square
• Employees of tenants of Post Office Square
• Contractors of Post Office Square and their employees
• Immediate family members of any of the above i.e. spouses and children.
13. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
14. The winners agree to have their name used for advertising purposes.
15. The competition will be drawn by a representative of Post Office Square, whose decision will be final, and no
correspondence will be entered into.
16. The competition is promoted by Post Office Square, 260 Queen Street, Brisbane City, QLD 4000.
17. All entry data remain the property of the promoter at all times. In lodging an entry, all entrants consent to their
names being entered onto a database and accept that maintaining their anonymity is not practicable in the
circumstances.
18. The promoter expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability whatsoever for injury or loss to any person or
property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded.
19. For the purposes of compliance with applicable Privacy Legislation, entrants are advised that: they can contact
the promoter for details of the information held about them at the address of the promoter stated above; the purpose for which the information on them is being collected is for marketing purposes related to the promotion of Post Office Square and its retailers; the information on them is not usually disclosed to third party organisations; failure to provide all the information required to make a valid entry will result in their entry being ineligible to be a winning entry submission.
21. This promotion does not have a direct or indirect association with the sale or consumption of a smoking product or of smoking products generally. Therefore, in accordance with applicable State Legislation, purchases of smoking products are not considered valid purchases for the purpose of this promotion and therefore are excluded from being used to from an entry.
22. Receipts from payment of Accounts cannot be used to form an entry. Purchases of prescription medication and lotto or gaming related products are excluded from being used to form an entry.
23. Prize winners will be contacted by phone. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however if the winner is not reachable within 3 months, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
