Competition Period competition commences at 0.01am on 1st December 2020 and closes 11.59 pm (local time) 18 June 2021. Eligible purchases and entries must take place within this period.
Participating Businesses Names and addresses of participating businesses can be found at callwellshops.com.au/competitions.
Valid Entries entry is free with purchases of $20 or more at participating businesses. Details of participating businesses can be found at calwellshops.com.au/competitions.
Unique Codes An official Entry Form containing a Unique Code will be provided to eligible shoppers by the participating businesses. This Entry form with the Unique Code acts as proof of purchase for the purpose of this promotion “Calwell 30 Shop & Win” and will be validated upon completing the online entry form.
Limit to the Number of Entries by a Person – a person may enter into the promotion as many times as the person receives an official Entry Form containing a Unique Number from a participating business.
Receipts The original receipt together with the Entry Form with your Unique Code evidencing a purchase of $20 or greater, WILL BE REQUIRED to claim the major prize of a Car and those details must be identical with the details entered online at competitions.calwellshops.com.au
Ineligible transactions Purchases from Woolworths or BWS or lotto are ineligible transactions.
Draw Entry Entrants must complete their entry online at competitions.calwellshops.com.au entering the required details including the Unique Code and details from the receipt. Entry instructions are supplied with the Entry Form provided by the participating businesses. By submitting an entry into this promotion, entrants warrant that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can be found at

Residential Eligibility Any resident over the age of 16 years of the Australian Capital Territory and the state of New South Wales is eligible to enter the promotion. Residents of other states, territories or overseas are ineligible to enter.
Participating Business Obligations Participating businesses will supply one Entry Form with a Unique Code per completed single transaction worth over $20 (inc GST) during the Competition Period together with a receipt for purchase.
Prize Details & Draws All draws will take place using random software by Random.org. at the Management Office of Calwell Shopping Centre, 7 Webber Crescent, Calwell ACT 2905. Prizes and draws will be as follows:-
20 x weekly entries will be drawn, every Tuesday at 1.00pm starting Tuesday 8 December 2020 and the last draw will be Tuesday 15 June 2021. Those 20 entries will go into the Pool of Entries for the Major Prize draw of the Car (Hyundai Venue), which will be drawn on 19 June 2021 and the winner will be announced on 19 June 2021 (see paragraph 5 for details). These 20 x weekly entries, will not qualify for the draws under paragraphs 2 & 3 below;
4 x $50 Calwell Shopping Centre gift vouchers (with 3 months validity) will be drawn each week on a Tuesday at 1.00pm starting Tuesday 8 December 2020 and the last draw will be Tuesday 15 June 2021. The winners (referred to in paragraph 2) will not gain an entry into the Pool of Entries (ie the Car - Hyundai Venue) under paragraph 1 or remain in the draw;
Christmas Vouchers being 10 x $100.00 Calwell Shopping Centre gift vouchers (with 3 months validity) will be drawn on 18 December 2020 at 2.00pm and the winners announced on 19 December 2020 at 10.30am. The winners (referred to in paragraph 3) will not gain an entry into the Pool of Entries (ie the Car - Hyundai Venue) under paragraph 1 or remain in the draw;
2 x $150 Calwell Shopping Centre gift vouchers (with 3 months validity) will be drawn from the Pool of Entries on 19 June 2021 at 8.00am and announced on 19 June 2021 at 10.30am. These two (2) draws will take place, prior to the Major Prize of the Car - Hyundai Venue being drawn; and
One Major Prize of a Hyundai Venue Car valued at $25,234 will be drawn from the Pool of Entries on 19 June 2021 at 8.00am and announced at 10.30am on 19 June 2021. To win the Major Prize of the Car - Hyundai Venue, the eligible shopper MUST retain the original receipt together with the Entry Form.
Total Prizes Value - $27,014.00
Prize Winner Notification Prize winners will be notified by phone and email within 24 hours of the draw taking place, using the contact details provided on the entry form.
Validation of Entry for Major Prize The validity of the winning entry of the Major Prize will be established prior to the announcement, matching the online entry details with the details on the completed Entry Form and receipt of purchase.
Prize Winner Publication Details of prize winners may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be placed on social media platforms, webpages, print media and other platforms that the Promoter deems appropriate. Published details may include name, likeness, image and/or video. The outcome of the draw will be available at calwellshops.com.au/competitions.
Redraw of Major Prize If the winner of the Major Prize has not been successfully notified by 5pm on Friday 2 July 2021, or if the winning entry had been deemed invalid, the redraw will take place on Monday 5 July 2021 at 10.00am using the same random software.
Redraw other than Major Prize If a winner has not been successfully notified by 5pm on Friday of the week immediately following the Tuesday draw, a redraw will take place on the Monday at 10.00am following using the random software.
Disqualification of Entries The promoter may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify any entry which is not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Unsuccessful Entries The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incorrectly submitted, invalid or misdirected entries.
Exclusion to Entry–Entry in the promotion “Calwell 30 Shop & Win” is NOT open to:
ANY tenants or their staff, that work at Calwell Shopping Centre (during the promotion period -including Woolworths, BWS & lotto); or
ANY staff of the Promotor - Tsoulias Group;
ANY family of the Promotor - Tsoulias Group; or
ANY staff of Empire Management Services – a third party contractor to the Promotor; or
The immediate family members of any of the above excluded persons (who include - spouse/partner, children/step children, siblings - full, half, & step, parents/ in-laws/step) of either tenants or staff.
