The personalised plate combination content selected by the winner (i.e. numbers and letters combined) ("Content"), is subject to availability and approval by the Promoter. If no option for the final Content can be agreed on between the Promoter and winner, the Promoter will make the final determination as to the Content, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Notwithstanding the above, the Personalised Plate Content must not be deemed by the Promoter to be inappropriate, derogatory, obscene, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive or racist in nature or promote a criminal organisation or behaviour. The $100 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise at Coles Group & Myer stores, up to the $100 value specified, and must be redeemed by the expiry date specified on the card. Redemption is subject at all times to any terms and conditions of Coles Group and Myer, including, without limitation, those specified on the Gift Card and on the Coles Group & Myer website, in each case. Any and all ancillary and/or additional costs associated with redeeming a Coles Group & Myer $100 Gift Card are the sole responsibility of claimants.
