"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period. "Contesting Segment" means an individual
Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day.
Entry Restrictions Entry is not open to employees of the Crown group of companies, including Crown Melbourne, Crown Sydney, Crown Perth or
Crown Resorts or to spouses, partners, siblings, parents or children of an Executive team member of Burswood Nominees
Limited.
Entrants must be able to attend Crown’s Melbourne Cup Function on 02 Nov 2021 at Crown - Great Eastern Hwy, Burswood
WA 6100 and, unless otherwise specified, must make their own way to and from this event.
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Entrants must not be excluded for any reason from entering Crown Perth, Crown Melbourne or Crown Sydney premises.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of WA.
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, entrants must be directed by a telephone exchange provider to the specific
station in that state of broadcast when calling the station competition line.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like. Once an entrant has been awarded a Minor Prize, they must not continue to
attempt to enter.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must on a Contesting Day:
1. Listen to Mix94.5 and telephone the station competition line following the broadcast of a cue to call.
2. Be the first caller through to be selected to participate on air.
3. The Promoter will announcer three (3) horse names, two (2) will be made up names and one (1) will be the name of a horse
that has previously won The Melbourne Cup.
4. The Contestant must correctly identify the name of the horse that has won The Melbourne Cup to win a Minor Prize and
receive one (1) entry into the Major Draw.
At the end of the Promotional Period, the Promoter will conduct one (1) Major Draw to determine two (2) Major Prize Winners
in accordance with the Draw Details.
