Hint of the Week Competition

Everyone can enter. If you are already a member you win an extra 12 months added on to your existing membership.
The best way to win a membership is to write helpful, interesting, unique and error free hints. You need to include how much money you saved, how you saved it, what you did and how much you paid. The more detail you provide the more likely you are to win a 12 month membership.
You do not have to answer all the questions to enter the competition. Each hint entered is judged separately. If you send 5 hints. They will be considered 5 separate entries. Which means you have a much higher chance of winning by entering one or two top quality hints than if you entered twenty brief, vague tips. Quality is everything!

You wish to contribute your savings tips, opinions, experiences or other information ("Your Contribution") to the Simple Savings website.
Simple Savings may accept Your Contribution for posting to its website solely in consideration for you agreeing to be bound by our website Conditions of Use and the following Terms of Contribution:
Your personal details
So Simple Savings can, if necessary, verify Your Contribution and avoid abuse of its Simple Savings website you must provide us with your personal details as requested. If you do not provide these details, we may not accept Your Contribution.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
ensure the accuracy and completeness of all Your Contribution;
ensure Your Contribution is not deceptive or misleading;
obtain any authorisations, permissions and consents necessary for the use of Your Contribution on our website including information you have obtained from third parties; and
reasonably co-operate with and assist Simple Savings from time to time if required to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Your Contribution.
Your Warranty
You warrant Your Contribution:
is not obscene, offensive, illegal, defamatory or deceptive or misleading; and
does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third person.
Your indemnity
You indemnify Simple Savings against any loss, costs, expenses, demands or other liability, whether direct or indirect, to the extent it arises from or in connection with your breach or non-compliance with your Responsibilities and Warranties as outlined above.
Our responsibilities
You agree Simple Savings is not obliged to pay for or acknowledge Your Contribution in any way nor maintain its website nor post Your Contribution on its website and Simple Savings may any time and without notice or compensation to you, remove Your Contribution from its website and/or discontinue and remove its website from the internet altogether.
