This lottery is a cubalaya promotion.
As a new cubalaya member you will automatically participate in the lottery that will be held on the 1st of every month (starting September 1st 2007). The lottery picks 5 registered members as its winners.
The closing time for each competition will be on the day of the competition at 12:00 PM (GMT). One entry is permitted per person. cubalaya is not responsible for entries that are not received for any reason beyond its control, technical or otherwise..
The winners will be chosen at random and will receive a written response by e-mail. Winners agree to their name and country being published on the appropriate cubalaya site.
The password is needed for verifying the lottery winner's identity, so make sure it is kept in a safe place and not forgotten.
cubalaya will not publish personal email addresses of participants and will not share or sell them to a third party.
Prizes awarded:
Each one of the 5 winners can choose a single product from any of the products offered on cubalaya that costs no more than $200 (including all taxes, shipping and handling costs). The winner will receive this product as a free gift.
No cash alternative for prizes is available.
The prizes will be shipped to the address of the winner's choice. The address has to match the merchant's shipping terms and conditions, including the overall $200 price limit.
Cyclicom employees and family members are not eligible for these prize draws.
cubalaya reserves the right to change the lottery rules or closing day of the competition at any time.
Each entrant agrees to be informed by email of new products, services, promotions, sales and special offers from cubalaya.
