Title: I won a Piaggio XEVO 250cc Scooter Post by: gabcross on Thursday 10 June 2010, 02:37:03 pm Received a WEM for a redraw prize - its a Piaggio XEVO 250cc Scooter, including all on road costs, and helmet, valued at just under $9000. I nearly deleted the email without reading it, thinking it was just another Real Estate junk ad - probably what the original winner did too! Hubby's claimed it before we've even received it :lol: - he's already got a bike licence.

I nearly deleted a winning email the other day (just a small win), after reading your post, I am going to be especially careful to check all emails before deleting them in future.

Really weird coincidence is that on the day I got the email (which I didn't open for 3 days), we were expecting visitors so I'd cleaned out the spare bedroom cupboard for them and actually packed away all my old leathers & helmet into a box to put into the shed because I hadn't ridden with hubby for about 7 years... I think I'll make the effort to get my licence now.
