Napoleon Perdis Drafts New Beauty Constitution

Napoleon Perdis is drafting his own influential Code Napoleon, a chain of essential makeup maxims to live by. The
tenets, which cover everything from the importance of priming to the value of self-empowerment and precisely when to apply mascara, distill the cosmetic king’s beauty philosophy refined over the last 15 years. Perdis not only lives by these rules but shares them with every woman he comes in contact with, whether she’s a model, celebrity or civilian. “My code is practical and easy to subscribe to,” says Perdis. “I’ve been using these tips for many years but I saw the need to reiterate them again for my customers.”

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

1.Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.

2.Entry is open to residents of Australia only. Employees and immediate family members of Napoleon Perdis staff are exempt to enter the competition.

3.This competition is a game of skill.

4.Entry is available via the Napoleon Perdis email and via the website www.napoleonperdis.com. All entrants are required to provide name, email, address, postcode, state, country and a mobile telephone number. 

5.By entering this competition all entrants agree to compete to win one of four $200.00 Frockshop.com online shopping vouchers.

6.The total Prize is valued at $800.00 AUD.

7.The Promoter takes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate contact information provided on competition entry. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct and accurate contact details, including phone, email, mailing address and postcode.

8.If any prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to the Promoter’s discretion.

9.The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by the winner. Prize values are in Australian dollars at the recommended retail value including GST as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

10.The competition opens Friday 23rd July, 2010 and closes Friday 3rd September, 2010 at 23:59 (EST). Winners will be decided based on skill and originality at the promoter’s premises (90 Euston Rd, Alexandria 2015) on Monday 6th September, 2010 at 10am.

11.The winners will be notified by phone on Monday 6th September 2010 where instructions for prize redemption will be provided. If the Promoter is unable to contact any of the selected winners within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

12.In determining eligibility or winning entries, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13.The Promoter is not responsible for any misdirected or lost entries.

14.All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries details inclusive of the entrant’s personal information will be entered into a database and the Promoters may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes only if the entrant has agreed to accept marketing material or other communications from the Promoter.
