TODAY SHOW - CARAVAN WORLD’S MAJESTIC GIVEAWAY (“THE COMPETITION”)
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“THE RULES”)

1) Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in
this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2) Entry is only open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and older and have a valid
driver’s Licence in order to meet the requirements for awarding of the prize. Employees of the
Promoter, 5th Finger Pty Limited and their immediate families and all companies and
agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. It is a condition of accepting
the prize that the Winner must have a current valid Australian driver’s license. If the Winner
is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the car in their own name,
then such winner may assign the Caravan prize to another person (who consents to such
assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no
responsibility for any such arrangements between the Winner and the assignee. The Winner
must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by
the Promoter before the Caravan is awarded.

3) Promotion commences Monday 9th August 2010 at 05:30 AEST. Final entries close Sunday
15th August 2010 at 23:59 AEST. (Promotional Period)

4) The draw will take place at 5th Finger Pty Ltd, Level 7, Tower Building Australia Square, 264
George St, Sydney 2000 on Monday 16th August 2010 at 10.00 AEST. The winner will be
notified by phone and mail and their name will be published in the Public Notices section of
The Australian on Thursday, August 26, 2010

5) The Promoter reserves the right, at anytime, during, or after the closing date of the
promotion, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the
entry process (including but not limited to tampering by way of the utilisation of techniques
designed to avoid the payment of call costs or the utilisation of automated entry software) or
who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure by the
Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6) To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period, either:

a) 1-90 Call: Participants can enter the promotion by calling and registering their full name,
address and a daytime telephone number on 1902 555 900. Maximum 1-90 entry cost
per message is 55c including GST. Calls from mobiles and pay phones may attract a
higher rate. Service Provider: 5th Finger Pty Ltd

b) SMS: Text their name and address to 199 55 900. Maximum SMS entry cost per
message is 55c including GST. The SMS entry mechanic is only open to consumers with
a SMS compatible mobile phone connected to a service provider which permits text
messaging to the promotional SMS number. It is recommended that entrants check with
their individual service provider in this regard.

7) Multiple entries permitted but each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance
with the entry requirements.

8) No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

9) Incomplete, inaudible or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

10) If the winner entered via SMS they will be contacted by the Promoter via SMS and/or phone
and the Promoter will record their address details so that the prize may be awarded.

11) All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and NOT at the
time of transmission by the entrant.

12) Participants must ensure that all care is taken when dialing or sending messages to the
promotional number. It is the complete responsibility of the participant to ensure that they dial
or SMS the correct number, in the event that an error occurs the Promoter accepts no
responsibility for either costs incurred, responses received or all other consequences. This is
the responsibility of the participant.

13) The first (1) valid entry drawn from all entries received during the promotional period will be
deemed the winner (“Winner”) and will win:

14) The Majestic Knight Caravan is valued at up to $48, 930.00

15) Total Prize pool valued at up to $49, 930.00 including GST (final total value awarded
depends on state/ territory on road costs in winners state of redemption).

16) The winner will also receive 12 months comprehensive insurance. 12 months comprehensive
insurance is for the prize winning Majestic Knight and is not transferable and cannot be taken
as cash.

17) All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not
transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is not valid in
conjunction with any other offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter
accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winners are advised that
tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent
financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. In the event that a portion of the prize is
awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass, redemption of that portion of
the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass.
The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass that has been lost, stolen,
forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.

18) All optional extras and accessories, extended comprehensive insurance and any other
insurance not stated as included in the Prize, fuel, personal costs and any other ancillary
associated with redeeming the Prize are excluded and are the responsibility of the Winner.

19) The Winner must provide all information and sign all documentation necessary to enable
Trader Classifieds to register the Prize in the Winner's name prior to collection. Receipt of the
Prize is subject to the Winner being able to lawfully take possession of the Prize and comply
with all registration and compulsory third party insurance requirements of the State/Territory
in which the Winner elects to register the Prize.

20) The Majestic Knight Caravan depicted in all promotional material is not necessarily the same
colour as the Prize. The external and interior colour of the Prize is subject to availability.

21) The Prize will be available for collection from the winners nearest authorized Majestic
dealership. The winner will be responsible for any expenses incurred in getting to and from
their nearest authorized Majestic Caravan Dealership to collect the prize. Dealership will be
located in the winners’ nearest capital city. Vehicle delivery is subject to Trader Classifieds
discretion.

22) It is a condition of entry that the Winner participates in promotional events associated with the
awarding of the Prize, as reasonably requested by Trader Classifieds.

23) The Promoter takes no responsibility for any mechanical, body or paint repairs from the date
and time of delivery. Caravan depicted in all promotional material are not necessarily the
same colour or grade as the prize vehicle.

24) The Winner will not be able to select the colour, this will be determined by the Promoter.
Additional insurance, options, accessories, fuel and all other ancillary costs are the
responsibility of the Winner.

25) In acceptance of the prize, the Winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs
associated with the prize which are the entire responsibility of the winner.

26) If the Winner is unable to collect the vehicle, the winner may incur cost of transporting the
vehicle, if needed, from their nearest dealership to an alternate prize claim point as
nominated by the Winner and deemed acceptable by the Promoter. Any costs associated
with the transport of the vehicle to an alternate location will be responsibility of the Winner.

27) It is a condition of winning that the prize winner provides the Promoter with their full name,
address, license and a copy of their current Australian driver’s license prior to the awarding of
the prize.

28) Winner must have a current valid Australian driver’s license. If the Winner is, through any
legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the caravan in their own name, then such
winner may assign the caravan prize to another person (who consents to such assignment)
with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for
any such arrangements between the Winner and the assignee. The Winner must provide the
Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter
before the caravan is awarded.

29) It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release
in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion.

30) Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.

31) In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Winner does not take the prize at the time
stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be
awarded in lieu of the prize.

32) In the event that a prize, or part of a prize, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to
substitute the prize or part of the prize in its discretion with an alternative prize or part of the
prize to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any
written directions from the various Lottery Departments.

33) The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winner to provide proof of age and identity.
Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.

34) The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless specified otherwise.

35) The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are
necessary on Monday 22nd November 2010 at 10:00 AEST in order to distribute the prize if
unclaimed by that date, subject however to all reference to any relevant state and territory
regulations. In the event of a winner, they will be notified in writing and their name will be
published in The Australian on Thursday 2nd December 2010

36) It is a condition of accepting a prize that the Winner agrees to be interviewed, photographed
and/or filmed at any time during the acceptance of the prize by the Promoter or their agent.
There is no obligation upon the Promoter to use such images or footage but if the Promoter
elects to do so, the winner consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or
voice in any media for the purpose of promoting this competition, (including any outcome) on
any television Program or by the Promoter itself, for an unlimited period of time without
remuneration.

37) The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by
the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this
competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the
course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or
satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

38) If this competition is not capable of running as planned due to any reason whatsoever,
including but not limited to, programming changes, technical failures (either in the
administration of the promotion or the broadcast of the television program), unauthorised
intervention, fraud or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect
the conduct, administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to
any written directions given by a regulatory authority, to: (a) modify, suspend, the terms and
conditions terminate or cancel the promotion; and/or (b) disqualify any entrant, as
appropriate.

39) To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and all parties involved excludes all
liability however so arising (including all liability arising from negligence on the part of the
Promoter or its officers, employees or agents) for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, by entrants or
the winner, arising in any way of out of or in connection with the promotion. It is a condition of
accepting the prize that the winner (and companion) may be required to sign a legal release
in a form determined by the Promoter or Trader Classifieds in their absolute discretion.
Certain legislation may imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations (collectively
Provisions) in relation to the Promoter’s provision of goods or services which cannot be
excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extent. If those Provisions apply, to the
extent that the Promoter or Trader Classifieds is entitled to do so, the Promoter limits its
liability in respect of any claim under those Provisions to, at the Promoter and Trader
Classifieds option, the supply of the relevant goods or services again or the payment of the
costs of having the goods or services supplied again.

40) By entering the Promotion an entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant's personal
details for the purposes of sending one (1) mobile terminated (MT) reply message per entry
which includes a confirmation of your entry in the Promotion AND may include details of a
special offer made by one of our partners.

41) All entries remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal
information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the
entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise
advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, including the
entry itself, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any
further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the
entrant electronic messages. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and
Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant
lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed
to the Promoter at their address set out below.
