1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia who complete and submit an official entry on the Mother and Baby website www.motherandbaby.com.au during the promotional period (from 28 July, 2010 until 28 September, 2010). Entry is only accepted as valid once all fields are filled in and the question relevant to the prize is answer in 25 words or less “why you would like to win this prize?”

3. These are games of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Multiple entries are accepted, but each entry must be unique and must be complete and submitted from www.motherandbaby.com.au . Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

5. Incomplete, inaudible or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

6. Prizes are as follows:

The 13 best entries, as determined by the judges, will win an Akin Pure Baby pack, valued at $74.75 EACH Total prize is valued at $971.75

The 9 best entries, as determined by the judges, will win a Eukybear pack, Valued At $120 each Total prize is valued at $1080

BIG BARN FARM
The 14 best entries, as determined by the judges, will win a Big Barn Farm Pack, Valued At $79.96 Each Total prize is valued at $1119.44

The 2 best entries, as determined by the promoter will each win a Layla Bags, Valued At $449 Each – total prize valued at $898. The colour of the bag will be determined by the promoter

The prizes do not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming this prize. These are the responsibility of the winner.

7. The draw will take place at Lv 20 Goulburn St NSW 2000 on 05/11/10 at 10am (Sydney time). Winners will be notified by mail or phone.

8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries.

9. Prize value mentioned is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing.

10. Total prize pool is valued at $4069.19. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

11. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

12. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 05/02/11 at the same place as the original draws, at 11:00am (Sydney time), subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

13. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to all relevant state and territory regulations) to either provide an alternative prize to the same value as the original prize or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

14. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
