1. Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry is open
to all permanent residents of Australia. To enter participants describe in 25 words or less
who does the majority of the bathing of your little one (mum or dad) and why. Participants
can only enter during the promotional dates – see point 12. All entries are via an entry
coupon on the Tommee Tippee website. Eligible participants will be required but not
limited to provide their own name, address, postcode and telephone number to complete
their entry. Incomplete entries will be ineligible.
2. The promoter takes no responsibility for any late or lost entries. The judges’ decision is
final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred or
redeemed for cash.
3. The entries for the winners will by judged by a panel on August 27, 2010 (AEST) at the
office of Jackel Pty Ltd, Rydalmere NSW 2116.
4. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof
of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable
for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
5. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and
they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
6. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all
aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion that a winner
is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the
prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a
legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
7. Employees and their immediate families of Jackel Pty Ltd and their agencies and
companies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
8. All winners will be notified by mail and published on the Tommee Tippee web site.
9. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are
correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
10. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury
suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for liability which can not be
excluded by law.
11. Jackel Pty Ltd and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion will take
no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit.
12. The competition commences on July 19, 2010 and concludes at close of business
5.00pm (AEST) on August 22, 2010.
13. All entries become the property of the promoter. All entries that opt-in by ticking the
appropriate box on the entry coupon will be entered into a database and the promoter
may use the names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing
and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being
paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
14. Prizes and values are as follows:

selection of practical and enjoyable Tommee Tippee products including:

& Comb Set, Baby Nail Care Set, Tooth Brush Set
Total prize pool amount over $750.00
15. In the case of intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the
result or prevents or hinders it determination, including but not limited to vandalism,
power failures, tempests, natural disaster, acts of God, civil unrests, strikes: the Promoter
may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the
same condition subject to State Regulation.
16. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does take an element of the prize at
the time stipulated by the promoter than that element of the prize will be forfeited by the
winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the element of the prize.
