THIS COMPETITION IS OPEN TO ALL LICENSED MOTORCYCLE RIDERS 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

 

* All entries must be received by Tuesday August 31 2010, at 11:59pm Australian Eastern
    Standard Time.
* One winner will be drawn at random on Saturday 11 September 2010 at 3:00pm Australian
    Eastern Standard Time.  Gday Bike Tours Pty Ltd will promptly notify the winner by email or
    telephone.
* Competition entry consists of an email sent to competition@gdaybiketours.com.au
   containing the following information:
   Name:
   Age:
   Phone Number (including country code):
   Current Motorcycle (optional):
   Dream Motorcycle (optional):

* Entries can only be submitted by email to competition@gdaybiketours.com.au
* Information provided in the email controls as to the identity of the entrant, regardless of
  ownership of the email account from which it was submitted.
* Only one entry per person is permitted
* All properly submitted entries will be eligible.
* All determinations, including eligibility, are at the sole discretion of Gday Bike Tours Pty Ltd.
* Gday Bike Tours Pty Ltd will not share with or sell your information to any third party.
* By entry to this competion, you agree that Gday Bike Tours may periodically send
   informational newsletters by email to the email address of the entrant.
* Neither Gday Bike Tours Pty Ltd nor its agents are responsible for lost, misdirected, mutilated,
   or Illegible entries, or entries received after the date and time scheduled above for the
   random drawing. The drawing will be for one Single Rider 6-Night Motorcycle Tour as detailed    on    the Gday Bike Tours Pty Ltd website http://www.gdaybiketours.com.au PLUS one thousand
    Australian Dollars (AUD$1,000.00) cash. Airfare is not included and the winner is responsible
    for travel to either Sydney International Airport or Newcastle Airport in Australia.
    Complimentary transfers to/from Sydney or Newcastle will be provided on request.
* The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
* The winner must be 25 years of age or older. The prize may only be claimed by the person
    identified in the details of the original email competition entry.
* The winner will be required to provide proof of Identity and proof of eligibility to redeem the
   Giveaway.  The holiday component of the prize is transferable to a qualified individual and is
   not exchangeable for cash.
* If prize notification via all modes is returned undeliverable, or winner does not prove identity or
   eligibility, then the winner shall be disqualified and a new winner shall be selected.
* Participation in this promotion constitutes entrants' agreement to be bound by the official
   rules. 
* The winner assumes all liability for any injury, loss or damage caused, or claimed to
