“SIZZLING GRAND FINAL MOMENTS” PROMOTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering the “SIZZLING GRAND FINAL MOMENTS” (“the Competition”), you are agreeing to the following terms
and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Participation in the Competition constitutes
acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia where the Channel Seven signal is received
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, the AFL, all AFL
official clubs, Yahoo!7 and contestants of the Program and their associated agencies and companies, are
not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
The Competition commences on Sunday 1 August 2010 at 10:00am (AEST) and concludes on Thursday 26
August 2010 at 17:00pm (AEST), (“the Competition Period”) on the following dates and times.
3.1 In order to enter, viewers must watch AFL Game Day (“the Program”) on the Seven Network and its
affiliates during the Competition Period (or any replacement program broadcast in the AFL Sydney Schedule
timeslot) during which a Competition segment will be aired from time to time which will provide
information on how to enter the Competition. (The videos to choose from are on the website)
3.2 The Competition spot will invite viewers to enter the Competition. Viewers will also be instructed to log-on
to yahoo7.com.au/gameday to register for the competition. To enter the Competition, viewers will be
asked to select their favourite AFL Grand Final Moment and then they will need to tell us why in 25 words
or less why this is their sizzling grand final moment
a) The entry details required for online registration include their full name, full address (including
postcode and state), daytime phone number, email address as well as selecting from the drop down
box what their favourite moment is from A, B or C and why in 25 words or less why this is your
sizzling grand final moment.
b) The draws will take place weekly as set out below

3.3 Only one entry per person per day will be accepted from entrants. No scripting is allowed for online entries
(which will be deemed invalid).
3.4 All entries must be received by Thursday 26 August 2010 17:00pm (AEST) to be included in the prize draw.
3.5 The time of entry for online entrants will be the time at which the completed online entry form is received
by the Competition online database. A confirmation page will be presented to entrants once the completed
entry is submitted by the entrant.
3.6 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. Each winners
grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide and
the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use
3.7 All entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18
to enter.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be 4 prize packs given away over the Competition Period. The prize includes:
4.2 The maximum total prize value is $10,396 (including GST). Prize value is correct as at Monday 20 July 2010.
The winners are not entitled to receive any money or other compensation from any party if there is a
difference between the current prize value as at 20 July 2010 and the actual prize value as at the date and
time of receiving the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the
prizes.
4.3 Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, the prize cannot be transferred or exchanged and
cannot be redeemed for cash. The winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax
implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Only one prize per person, household will be awarded
(SA residents are entitled to win more than one prize).
4.4 The prize will be sent to the Australian address as nominated by the winners to their State of residence. The
prize will be sent to the winners by the prize provider. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the
winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize Sponsor’s requirements.
4.5 Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other related expenses become the responsibility
of the winner’s.
4.6 The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole
discretion, orally or in writing, for the purpose of Seven Network’s programming, scheduling or production
requirements. The Promoter may at its discretion provide notice of any changes in the Competition spots
aired during the Competition.
4.7 In accepting the prize, the winners agree to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media
editorial requests, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed, and acknowledge that
copyright in such interviews or photographs will be owned by the Promoter and the winners will not be
entitled to receive any payment for them.
4.8 The winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the
prize winnings.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 All entries completed and submitted in accordance with clause 3 of these terms and conditions will be
judged at the Promoter’s office at the AFL Game Day (“the Program”) at Seven Network, 160 Harbour
Esplanade Docklands VIC 3008 on as set out in clause 3.2 b). Four (4) winners will be selected by a panel of
judges appointed by the Seven Network AFL Game Day. The winners will be the entrant whose entry fulfils
the entry criteria and whose answer is judged to be the most creative and original from all entries received.

This is a game of skill. There is no element of chance in the judging of the Competition or determination of
the winners.
5.2 The winners will be notified by a telephone call at the conclusion of the judging, and a letter advising the
winners of their prize will also be posted.
5.3 The judges’ decision (including any decisions as to prize distribution) is final and the promoter will not enter
into correspondence regarding the result.
5.4 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners may be required to sign a legal release in a form
determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
5.5 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the
prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. To the extent of any consistency, the terms and conditions of
the prize supplier prevail.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the
Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these
terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters,
acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the
Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to government legislation.
6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, Yahoo!7, Woodland Home Products Pty Ltd and their
associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late,
lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 To the extent permitted by law, Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, Yahoo!7, Woodland Home
Products Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure,
accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:
a) during the judging;
b) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the Competition; or
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any material,
including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other
person.
f) in relation to failure of an SMS entry message to be received by the Promoter on account of technical
problems or traffic congestion; or
g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or
mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
h) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software,
internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software
related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.3 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer
virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the
control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper
conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any
individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Competition, subject to government legislation.
6.4 In the case of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability

deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be
available.

7.3 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. m.Net Corporation Ltd, on behalf of Seven Network
Limited (ABN 65 052 845 262) and its related entities (“Seven”), is collecting the entrant's personal
information for the purpose of conducting and promoting the Competition (including but not limited to
determining and notifying the winners and awarding the prize), and, if you consent, for the purpose of
sending you information about Seven’s programs and the products and services available through it and its
business partners. The entrant may request access to his or her personal information by writing to Privacy
