Follow these easy steps to enter:

Step 1: Follow @a2milk on Twitter
Step 2: Tweet why you love a2 Milk™ on Monday between 12.01am AEST and 11.59pm AEST. The tweet must contain the following elements:

   1. #a2MilkItMonday
   2. @a2milk
   3. I like… (something about a2 Milk).

For example, a valid entry would be:
I like @a2Milk because it contains no additives! #a2MilkItMonday
or
I like the cow on the front of the bottle. @a2Milk #a2MilkItMonday

“Milk It” Monday Terms and Conditions

   1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   2. The name of the person conducting it (the Promoter's name, address and telephone number)
      The competition is conducted by A2 Dairy Products Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 52 125 331 213) at 832 High Street, Kew East VIC 3102.
   3. Eligibility requirements (including minimum age of participants)
      Entrants must live in Australia and be over 18 years of age.
   4. To enter the competition:
      Step 1: Participants need to first follow @a2milk on Twitter.
      Step 2: Participants need to tweet on the Monday of the prize draw during the entry period from 12.01am AEST to 11.59pm AEST.
      The tweet must include the following elements:
      1. #a2MilkItMonday
      2. @a2Milk
      3. I like... (something about a2 Milk)
      For example, a valid entry would be:
      I like @a2Milk because it contains no additives! #a2MilkItMonday
      or
      I like the cow on the front of the bottle. @a2Milk #a2MilkItMonday
   5. Prizes
      At 11am AEST on every Tuesday during the running dates of the competition, a2 Milk will give away one $100 Coles gift card.
   6. Closing and drawing dates and time for the receipt of entries in the lottery
      The competition opens at 12.01am AEST on the Monday prior to the draw and closes at 11.59pm AEST on the Monday prior to the draw.
   7. The place, date and time of the lottery draw
      The winner will be drawn on 10 August, 17 August, 24 August, 31 August, 7 September, 14 September, 21 September, and 28 September at 227 Moray Street, South Melbourne at 11.00am AEST.
   8. The method used to decide prize winners
      The best entry will be determined by the judges each week. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   9. Chance plays no part in determining the finalists or the winner.
  10. How prize winners will be notified (face-to-face, email, phone or mail)
      The winners will be notified by written means. More specifically the winners will be contacted by the Promoter or their digital agency through the A2 Milk Twitter account via DM (direct message) by 4pm AEST on the Tuesday of the draw.
  11. How prizes will be awarded
      Once the winners have been notified, the Promoter or their digital agency will liaise with the winner to check eligibility and determine the address the winners would like their prize sent to.
  12. The method for claiming prizes (including requirement for entrants to be present at the draw)
      To claim the prize, the winners must reply to the winner notification and supply their full name and address before 3pm AEST on the Friday after the draw. If a winner does not respond by 3pm AEST on the Friday after the draw, the prize will not be awarded that week and two winners will be chosen the following week.
  13. Whether results will be published and, if so, the way they will be published
      The results may be published on the Promoter's website (www.a2milk.com.au) and the Promoter's Twitter page and Facebook page. InDigital Media also reserves the right to publish the results in the media. The results will be published on the date of the draw each week: 10 August, 17 August, 24 August, 31 August, 7 September, 14 September, 21 September, and 28 September 2010.
  14. Whether the prize will jackpot or be redrawn if the winning player is not present or does not claim/cannot be found
      The Promoter or their digital agency will make all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner. If the prize winner is uncontactable or does not respond to accept the prize before 3pm AEST on the Friday in the week of the draw, the prize that week will not be awarded. Instead, two winners will be chosen the following week.
  15. Who cannot participate
      The Promoter's business directors, management and employees, their immediate families, their retailers, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible.
  16. Changes to Terms and Conditions
      The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, pending the authorization of the NSW Government Licensing Service subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies. If any changes are made the Promoter will notify the public via Twitter.

This might be a dumb question, but do you tweet from their page or do you need your own account?

OK. I do have my own account but where do you write the tweet,on their page or on mine? I tried tweeting from my page but how do they know you entered???  :?

Because when you type @a2milk they receive the tweet so can see it.

but with your own answer in there, @a2Milk will get your answer :)
