HOW TO ENTER
1.Purchase any specially marked Eveready Super Heavy Duty Bulk Pack or Eveready Gold Bulk Pack with a "Connectable Card" enclosed.

2.Each game relates to one Toy Story 3 character, indicated by the Eveready Glow-In-The-Dark Connectable Card next to the game on the Home Page screen. Your code-word will only unlock that game.

3.Enter the code-word from your Eveready Glow-In-The-Dark Connectable Card to access the corresponding Toy Story 3 game.

4.Instructions on how to play the game will appear once you’ve entered your code.

5.Play the game. If you complete the game, an Entry Page will appear. Complete your details to find out if you have won an Eveready Toy Story torch.

EVEREADY CONNECTABLES PROMOTION
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Participation
1.Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions.

2.The Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who: (i) is a resident of Australia; and (ii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; and (iii) is not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of such an employee. An Eligible Entrant who is under 18 years of age, must obtain the permission of a parent or guardian to enter.

3.Competition entry opens at 00:00 hrs on 09/08/10 and closes at 24:00 hrs on 30/11/10 ("Entry Period"). All times and dates are in Sydney which may be AEST or AEDT depending on the date. Where times are stated using the 24 hour clock. 00:00 hrs is the start of a day and 24:00 hrs is the end of a day.

Entry
4.To enter, an Eligible Entrant must purchase one specially marked Eveready Super Heavy Duty Bulk Pack or Eveready Gold Bulk Pack with a “Connectable Card” enclosed ("Promotion Product") from any retail outlet anywhere in Australia during the Entry Period.

5.Entry can only be made by internet: To submit an entry, an Eligible Entrant must use a compatible browser to visit www.evereadypromotions.com.au ("Competition Website") and follow the directions there. For each entry, the entrant must:

a.enter the codeword from the Connectable Card enclosed in the purchased Promotion Product; and
b.fully play and complete the online game (“Game”) that then appears in the entrant’s browser (“Fully Complete a Game”); and

c.provide the details required at the Competition Website, including his/her first and last names, contact telephone number, postal address and e-mail address.


6.There are four (4) different Games, each with its own codeword (Accordingly, there are four (4) different codewords in total). The codeword on the Connectable Card enclosed in the purchased Promotion Product and entered by an Eligible Entrant when he/she submits their entry, determines which Game the entrant may play.

7.All entrants must ensure that their entries are received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any late entry or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment.

8.The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant: (i) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Competition to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction; or (ii) in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, tampers with the entry process or benefits from such tampering; or (iii) in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, submits an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions.

Winners and Prizes
9.For the purposes of the Competition, the Entry Period is divided into the following four “Month” periods:

a.00:00 hrs on 09/8/10 to 24:00 hrs on 31/8/10 (“August”);
b.00:00 hrs on 1/9/10 to 24:00 hrs on 30/9/10 (“September”);
c.00:00 hrs on 1/10/10 to 24:00 hrs on 31/10/10 (“October”); and
d.00:00 hrs on 1/11/10 to 24:00 hrs on 30/11/10 (“November”).


10.Subject to condition 14, in each Month there are fifty (50) Prizes available to be won. Subject to conditions 13 and 14, in each Month the first fifty (50) Eligible Entrants to Fully Complete a Game will each win one Eveready Toy Story Torch including two AA size Eveready Super Heavy Duty batteries for the torch (the “Prize”). Each Prize is valued at $9.99.

11.For the purposes of this Competition, a Game that is Fully Completed at exactly 00:00 on:

a.1/9/10, will be considered to have been Fully Completed in September, rather than August;
b.1/10/10, will be considered to have been Fully Completed in October, rather than September;
c.1/11/10, will be considered to have been Fully Completed in November, rather than October;
d.1/12/10, will be considered to have been Fully Completed after the Entry Period has closed.


12.Each entrant who Fully Completes a Game and then provide the details required at the Competition Website will be notified via a browser message whether or not he/she is a provisional prize winner.

13.In each Month, an Eligible Entrant may win a maximum of one Prize in each of the four different Games – a maximum of four Prizes altogether in any Month.

14.If, in any Month (except November), less than 50 Eligible Entrants Fully Complete a Game, the prizes that were not awarded for that Month will be awarded in the following Month, and if any carried forward prizes are not awarded in the next Month, they will carry forward until they are awarded. For example, if in August only 40 Eligible Entrants Fully Complete a Game, there will be 60 Prizes available to be won in September by the first 60 Eligible Entrants to Fully Complete a Game in September. If only 50 Eligible Entrants Fully Complete a Game in September, 60 Prizes will be available to be won in October.

Prizes Generally
15.The total value of all prizes is $1,998.

16.Each prize is valued as at 25/06/10. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in value of a prize.

17.If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter will, in its absolute discretion, substitute alternative goods or services of no lesser retail value and/or specification. The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason.

18.A right to receive a prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as a monetary payment.

19.Unless expressly stated in these conditions, all expenses incurred in relation to enjoyment of a prize are the responsibility of the winner.

General
20.The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.

21.Any costs associated with accessing the website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.

22.The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Terms
23.If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way by a cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter] (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, tampering, computer bugs or viruses or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition.

24.The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Competition.

25.CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE EVENT THAT ANY SUCH ATTEMPT IS MADE, WHETHER OR NOT THAT ATTEMPT RESULTS IN ANY SUCH DAMAGE, INTERFERENCE OR UNDERMINING.

26.All of the Promoter’s decisions are final.

27.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of an entrant participating in the Competition. Entrants should obtain independent tax and financial advice.

28.To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and all those entities' personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Competition or prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death. Nothing in these conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify an entrant’s rights under the Trade Practices Act 1974.

29.If any provision of these conditions is unenforceable for any reason, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

30.Entrants' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Competition and, if an entrant consents, may be used to market its products to the entrant. The personal information of each winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Competition, including the Competition administrator, prize suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities. Persons may contact the Promoter: (i) by post at the address stated in condition 35; (ii) by calling 1300 507 451 during business hours; or (iii) by sending an email to evereadypromotion@creata.com to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by the Promoter. If an entrant does not provide accurate personal information the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize.

31.Energizer collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees that Energizer may use this information in accordance with Energizer’s Privacy Policy.

32.The Promoter is Energizer Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 91 003 539 026, of 1 Figtree Drive, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127 (“Promoter”).
