YOU BEAUTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.
   
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1.1    Information on how to enter the competition and prizes form part of these Terms.

1.2    By entering the competition, you are deemed to accept these Terms.

2.
   
ELIGIBILITY

2.1    Entry is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who have a valid EziBuy customer number and a valid passport.
2.2    EziBuy Group employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the competition are ineligible to enter.

3.
   
ENTRY

3.1    The competition commences at 00:01 (AEST) on 17 August 2010 and concludes at 23:59 (AEST) on 6 September 2010 ("Promotion Period").
3.2    We cannot accept responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
3.3    To enter, you must make a purchase to the value of $100 or more in a single transaction (excluding delivery charges) against your EziBuy Customer Number, during the Promotion Period.
3.4    
For every $100 you spend in a single transaction you will receive one entry into the prize draw.
3.5    Entry is valid for purchases made through the EziBuy websites, the Contact Centre and New Zealand retail stores (excluding outlets).
3.6    Multiple entries are permitted however each entry must be made in accordance with these conditions of entry and only one entry per every $100 spent will be awarded.
3.7    Entrants must retain proof of purchase and may be asked to provide this information to the Promoter in order to claim a prize

PRIZES AND WINNING

4.1    The prize draw will take place at 10:00 (AEST) on 10 September 2010 at Oxygen Interactive Marketing Level 1, 16 Palmer Parade, Cremorne VIC 3121 Australia.
4.2    There is one prize to be won. The prize winner will be the first valid entry drawn from a combined database of entrants from Australia and New Zealand.
4.3    The prize includes return economy airfares for two people to Sydney, Australia from a major city in which the winner resides (only applicable to winners outside of Sydney); a day on the set of an EziBuy catalogue photo shoot including makeover/photoshoot on set for prize winner, two nights' twin share accommodation at a five star Sydney hotel.
4.4    Total prize pool is valued at up to $6,000.
4.5    Prizes are not transferable, nor redeemable for cash.
4.6    The winner will be notified by telephone and email using the details provided upon entry within 7 days of the prize draw and their name will be published in The Australian on September 17 2010.
4.7    The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.8    We may refuse to award a prize to any person who has, in our view acted in a fraudulent manner; or breached these Terms and Conditions.
4.9    The prize must be claimed by 15 December 2010.
4.10    All other expenses unless expressly stated are the responsibility of the winner. This includes spending money, meals not otherwise specified, additional accommodation, incidentals (such as mini bar, telephone calls etc), travel to/from departure points, transfers, travel insurance and all other incidental costs. The winner is responsible for arranging all other related travel requirements.

PUBLICITY

5.1
   The winner agrees to the use of their name and photograph/s for publicity purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
5.2    If you provide us with an email address and/or a mobile phone number, you consent to us sending you emails and/or text messages (as the case may be) for promotional purposes.

6.
   
GENERAL

6.1    The prize must be taken at the time stipulated by the Promoter to coincide with an EziBuy photoshoot and is subject to hotel and flight availability. The prize is not available during peak times such as public holidays and school holidays (if applicable) and cannot be changed once the booking has been made.
6.2    The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with a prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
6.3    If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion and at any time, to replace or amend these Terms or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies.
6.4    You authorise us to collect and hold personal information, to be used to conduct the competition and for future promotional purposes by The Promoter and promotional partners. You understand that you have a right of access to, and may request correction of, personal information held by us about you, at any time. Failure to provide the personal information requested on the entry form will result in the entry being invalid.
6.5    Should a prize remain unclaimed by 15 December 2010, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 11:00 (AEST) on 16 December 2010 at Oxygen Interactive Marketing Level 1, 16 Palmer Parade, Cremorne VIC 3121, Australia. In the event of any winner, they will be notified by telephone or email, using the details provided upon entry within 7 days of the prize draw and their name will be published in The Australian on December 21 2010.

DEFINED TERMS AND INTERPRETAION

7.1    In these Terms, the following words have the following special meanings:
a.    "Terms" means these competition terms and conditions (as amended from time to time);
b.    "We", "our", "us" means EziBuy Limited and any of its related companies; and
c.    "You" means a person entering the competition.
7.2.    
For convenience, these Terms have been grouped under different headings, but the headings do not affect the meaning of these Terms.
