Gourmet Traveller has wined and dined at the best of Australia's new restaurants to come up with the winner for the 2011 Best New Restaurant Award. Thanks to Holden Cruze, now is your chance to experience this culinary delight!

Gourmet Traveller has scoured the country to find the winner for the 2011 Best New Restaurant Award. The standard amongst Australia's new generation restaurants is high, making Gourmet Traveller's job of selecting just one restaurant to take the foodie crown a challenging task. The frontrunner must be a restaurant that surpasses all our dining desires with no detail left unattended to, which is something Holden Cruze, with its inclusion of every driver comfort, knows the importance of well.

The new Holden Cruze loves to open your mind to new possibilities so it is proud to offer one lucky foodie the opportunity to win a luxury dinner for two at the winning restaurant of the 2011 Best New Restaurant Award.

Just like Holden Cruze, this prize offers only the best, and our lucky winner will receive:
Dinner for two at the Best New Restaurant;
Business Class flights and transfers;
One night's accommodation.

Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. To enter, log onto www.gourmettraveller.com.au and sign up to the e-newsletter. Register your details and tell us in 25 words or less 'What makes the new Holden Cruze an extraordinary drive?'

4. Participants must fill out, in full, all mandatory elements of the promotion entry form in order for their entry to be valid.

5. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring between the date of printing and the date the prize is claimed. Prize value mentioned is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at the time of printing.

6. The promotion commences 10:00am, AEST 25 August, 2010, and closes at 00:01am, AEST 31 October 2010. The promotion will be judged by a panel of judges. Judging will begin on 15 November, 2010 at 11am at the judges' premises. The winner will be notified by mail using contact details provided in their entry.

7. The best entry as deemed by the judges will win a gastronomic package valued at up to $6,354.00, including:
a. Return Business Class flights from winner's capital city to the capital city in which the 'Best New Restaurant' is located, worth up to the value of $4,559.00;
b. One (1) night accommodation for two (2) people at one of the below properties (dependant on city location of the 'Best New Restaurant'):
i. Sheraton on the Park - Sydney, valued at $225 twin share;
ii. Crown Promenade - Melbourne, valued at $255 per night twin share;
iii. Stamford Hotel - Brisbane, valued at $295 per night twin share.
c. Airport limousine return transfers valued at $500;
d. Dinner for two (2) people at the 'Best New Restaurant' capped at up to $1,000.00 including drinks.

8. Prize components are subject to availability, and are non-transferable. All accommodation and travel must be utilised by 15 May 2011. Block out dates apply and bookings cannot be accepted during special events, Australian school holidays or public holidays.

9. The winner is responsible for items of a personal nature including but not limited to phone calls, drinks and meals, petrol, motor vehicle insurance and travel expenses. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following: a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunctioning (whether or not under the Promoter's control); b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; or e) anything arising out of or in connection with taking or using the prize.
