The very french Jean Michel Raynaud, Chief Patissier at Baroque and La Renaissance, will take you through the steps involved in making two flavours, recipes, cooking methods and processes through demonstrations and lots of hands-on experience. Best of all, you’ll walk away with a box of your very own hand-made macarons! The class is very comprehensive, running on a Sunday of your choosing from 9am-2.30pm, so a light lunch and refreshments are also included.
