Klaxons have well and truly announced their return, with a new album and a storming new live show in full force at the ‘Down Under The Void’ Tour. With Surfing The Void, their majestic 2nd record, still smoking from the press, Klaxons will be back with a clutch of new material to further bolster their already blindsiding live act playing two shows only, and we're giving away 10 double passes to their Sydney show next Thursday 2nd September at the Enmore Theate, plus a copy of their new album! Simply tell us in 25 words or less: "what is your favourite Klaxons song?" for your chance to be surfing the crowd at the Klaxons show with CD in hand! 1. The Entry Form forms part of the terms and conditions of entry and entry implies acceptance of all terms and conditions. Entry is open to all Australian residents, other than employees and families of the Promoter and their associated agencies. 2. Enter by telling us in 25 words or less 'what is your favourite Klaxons song?', and submitting your entry via the online competition form, according to the directions provided with the specific competition. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are lost, damaged, or illegible, which fail to arrive by the closing date, or which are affected in any way by the malfunction of e-mail programs or servers. 3. The competition commences 26/8/2010 and closes 5pm, 31/8/2010 at 9am. 4. The 10 most creative answers will win two tickets the Klaxons Sydney show on Thursday 2nd September 2010 at the Enmore Theatre, plus a copy of their new album 'Surfing the Void.' Airfares/transfers not included for interstate winners. No substitutions or exchanges will be permitted. Total value of the Prize is approx. $1700 ($67 per ticket, $20 per CD). Prizes not claimed within 14 days after notification will be forfeited and not awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the prize value between the date of publication and the date the prize is taken. 5. The Prize will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. Each entry will be judged on creative merit. Chance plays no part in the determination of the winner. The Prize winner will be determined on 1/09/2010 at Universal Music Australia, 3 Munn Reserve, Millers Point NSW 2000. The judge’s decision is final and binding upon all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
