How to enter and conditions of entry
1. Participation in and gaining the benefit of this promotion is deemed
acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. This offer is open to all Australian residents who are registered holders of a
Priceline Clubcard. Directors, management, employees, officers and
contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies
or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent
or guardian.
3. Residents of South Australia under the age of 18 are ineligible to enter.
4. To qualify for and to be entered into this promotion by the Promoter, eligible
Priceline Clubcard holders must first spend $50 or more in one transaction
(excluding prescription purchases) in any participating Priceline store or
Priceline Pharmacy between 12:00 a.m. AEDT on Wednesday 1 September
2010 and 5:59 p.m. AEDT on Thursday 30 September 2010.
5. The Priceline Clubcard must be scanned when payment is made.
6. Eligible Priceline Clubcard holders may enter this promotion as many times as
they like.
7. It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their Priceline
Clubcard membership details, including their postal address and/or email
information, is correct and up to date when entering this promotion. The
Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or
correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to

How winners will be determined and notified
10. The winning entries will be randomly drawn at Res Publica, Level 4, 387
George Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 on 04 October 2010 at 10am.
11. The major prize will be drawn first, followed by the minor prizes.
12. Prize draw winners will be notified in writing by email and mail and the
names of the winners will be published on www.priceline.com.au and in the
e-newsletter on 04 October 2010. The winners’ names will also be published
in The Australian on 10 October 2010.
13. If any prize is not claimed by 5pm EST on 04 January 2011, the winner’s entry
will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct
further draws at 12pm EST on 05 January 2011 at the same location as the
original draw. The winners of this draw will be notified in writing by email
and mail and the names of the winners will be published on
www.priceline.com.au and in the e-newsletter on published on 04 January
2011. The winners’ names will also be published in The Australian on 09
January 2011.
14. If any redrawn prize is not claimed by 31 January 2011, those prizes will be
forfeited.
Prizes
15. There will be one major prize which includes:
• Tickets to selected New York Fashion Week events
• Two return premium economy flights from the winner’s nearest
Australian capital city airport to JFK airport, New York;
• Five nights’ accommodation for 2 people in a 5 star hotel located in
Manhattan
• Limo transfer to and from JFK airport
• 80 x 50cm framed and signed photograph of Nikki Phillips
• $5,000 spending money to be paid to the winner
• Personal shopping experience with a stylist for 3 hours around New York
City including a 15-minute analysis to determine which stores best fit the
agenda
a. Tickets to New York Fashion Week shows are subject to change
dependent on availability. Promoter reserves the right to change the
events which are included in this prize
b. The prize does not include insurance, in-room video, telephone, mini
bar or other incidentals. Any costs in excess of the inclusions noted in
these terms are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
c. The prize winner may be required to present a credit card at the time
of check in. Any conditions attached to the airfare will be advised at
time of booking. The Prize must be taken as a single trip booked by
the Promoter and is based on two people travelling together at all
times. The prize winner (and their companion) must depart from and
return to the same departure point and travel together.
d. The Promoter recommends the Winner and their chosen companion
take out appropriate travel insurance for their period of travel.
e. The prize winner is responsible for their own transport to the nearest
major airport.
f. The prize winner and their chosen companion are responsible for
gaining permits to travel including passport and visa.
g. The winner must be eligible for travel between the 08 and 20 of
February to redeem their prize.
h. The major prize is valued at $18,150.
16. There will be one second prize which includes:
• A beauty photoshoot at Sydney studios of ACP Magazine House,
photographer included;
• One nights’ accommodation for one person in a 4 star hotel in Sydney;
• One return economy flight from the winner’s nearest Australian capital
city airport to Sydney airport;
• Six prints from the winner’s photoshoot to keep;
• Images to appear as a double page spread in Take 5 magazine;

a. If the Prize Winner lives in Sydney, the airline flight portion of the
Prize will not be provided, as airline flights will not be required.
b. The prize does not include spending money, insurance, in-room video,
telephone, mini bar or other incidentals. Any costs in excess of the
inclusions noted in these terms are the sole responsibility of the prize
winner.
c. The Winner may be required to present a credit card at the time of
check in. Any conditions attached to the airfare will be advised at

17. There will be 28 winners of minor prizes (a Prize Pack containing a range of
Priceline gifts and vouchers to the value of RRP $300 per prize). Delivery
timing and method will be agreed with the winners after they have been
notified of their prize.
18. The prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted
except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the
relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value
if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The
Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to
disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or
the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been
submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
20. The contact details of the winning entries will be passed onto a third party for
prize fulfillment only and will be destroyed by the third party once the prize
has been sent to the winners.
21. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years at the time of claiming the
major prize or second prize, the prize will be awarded to the Winner’s
nominated parent or guardian on behalf of the prize winner.
22. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related
companies will not accept liability or claims relating to or in connection with
this promotion, including, but not limited to, death or injury to any person or
loss of property, and any change in value of the prizes occurring between the
publishing date and the date the prizes are claimed.
23. The total prize value of the promotion is $35,300.
