The competition will start on Monday 30th August and will go through until Sunday 26th September 2010. Terms and conditions: 1. Entry into this draw is deemed acceptance of and agreement to these rules. 2. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of the conditions of entry. 3. Entry into this draw is open to National Pharmacies members, excluding employees and their immediate families of Friendly Society Medical Association Limited and their associated agencies and companies. 4. To enter, members must fill out an entry form online at www.nationalpharmacies.com.au by midnight Sunday 26th September 2010. 5. Entrants will be put into the draw and the competition will be drawn at the promoter’s premises, Level 1 52 Gawler Place Adelaide. Ten winners will be drawn. 6. The winners will be drawn randomly and notified by telephone on Monday 27th September 2010. 7. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. 8.
