TERMS AND CONDITIONS SCHEDULE

ITEM 1: PROMOTION NAME

ITEM 3: PROMOTER
The promoter is (jointly and severally where applicable) Austereo Pty Ltd (ABN 85 007 914 641) trading as:
FOX FM of 257 Clarendon St, South Melbourne VIC 3205
(the “Promoter”).

ITEM 4: WEBSITE

ITEM 5: PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
Registrations will open at 06:00am on Monday 6 September 2010 and will close at midday on Wednesday 15 September 2010 (“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Registration Period at its own discretion.

ITEM 6: PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
Contesting will occur between 06:00am and 09:00am (exact times to be determined by the Promoter), daily from Monday 13 September 2010 to Friday 17 September 2010 inclusive (“Promotional Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”.

ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- Victoria
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.

ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY
Throughout the Registration Period, the Promoter will invite listeners to register their details, including but not limited to name, age, address, contact phone number, email address, a photo of themselves with their fiancé and a response in fifty (50) words or less the to the question “What do you most need for your wedding and why?” at the Website (“Entry”).
Throughout the Registration Period, a maximum of five (5) of the most creative/unique/entertaining Entries, as judged by the Promoter, will each be selected as Contestants.
On each Contesting Day, one (1) of the Contestants and their fiancé (the “Couple”) will need to attend the Fox FM studios at Fox FM, Level 2, 257 Clarendon Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205 to take part in a Contesting Segment.
Each Couple must;
1) Provide the Promoter with a list of names of people who have been invited to their wedding (number of names to be determined by the Promoter).
2) Be available to take part in their allocated Contesting Segment at a date, time and location as nominated by the Promoter. A Couple who is unable to attend the Contesting Segment at the date, time and location nominated by the Promoter may, at the Promoter’s
discretion, be disqualified from the Promotional Period, at which point the Promoter will judge another Entry as a replacement Couple.
During each Contesting Segment, the Promoter will reveal to the Couple the details of that day’s Major Prize as outlined in Item 11: Prize Details.
One (1) or both members of the Couple will then have to spin a wheel (“Wheel”) featuring names of various guests the Couple have invited to their Wedding. Whichever name the wheel lands on will be the Couple’s “Guest in Question.”
The Couple will then be required to make a choice, within any timeframe as set by the Promoter. The choice will involving opting to either:
1) Let the Guest in Question remain invited to their wedding, in which case the Couple will forfeit the Major Prize and will be awarded with a Consolation Prize.
2) Choose to take the Major Prize, in which case the Couple must call the Guest in Question on-air to un-invite them to their wedding. If, at the Promoter’s discretion, a Couple fails to un-invite their Guest in Question to their wedding, they will not be awarded with a Major Prize, but will be awarded with a Consolation Prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to pre-record some or all of the Contesting Segments.

ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS
Judging will take place in accordance with Item 8: Method of Entry. All Judging will take place throughout the Registration Period, at Fox FM, Level 2, 257 Clarendon Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205.

ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS
1) Major Prizes
There will be a maximum of five (5) Major Prizes to be won.
Each Major Prize will be a wedding-themed item, details of which will be nominated by the Promoter. Prizes may include, but may not be limited to, things such as; bridal cars for hire, flowers, items of clothing, holidays, Bonbonniere and other goods & services appropriate to weddings &/or honeymoons such as bands, printing and stationary etc.
Major Prizes allocated to each Contesting Day – and therefore each Contestant – are final and not negotiable or transferable.
Each Major Prize will be valued at a minimum of $500 and a maximum of $5,000.
Total Major Prize Pool valued up to a maximum of = $20,000
2) Consolation Prizes
There will be a maximum of five (5) Consolation Prizes to be won.
Each Consolation Prize will consist of;
1 x Gold Class gift voucher, valued at $100, conditions including
expiry date apply.
Total Consolation Prize Pool valued up to a maximum of = $500
Total Prize Pool valued up to a maximum of = $25,000

ITEM 12: PRIZE WINNER PUBLICATION DETAILS
Prize Winners will be notified at the time of winning by telephone and later in writing.

ITEM 13: UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW DATE AND PUBLICATION DATE

ITEM 14: OTHER CONDITIONS
The form each Prize is provided in may change from day to day at the Promoter’s discretion and may include (but may not be limited to); gift certificates (expiry dates and other restrictions may apply), cheques (cheque recipients are hereby notified that cheques may take up to twenty eight [28] working days to process prior to being ready for collection from the Promoter) or tangible items (eg; actual bridesmaid dresses). The form in which a Prize is provided is final and not negotiable.
