Terms and Conditions
1. Terms and Conditions of Entry - Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
All entries are via the website www.iprime.com.au, www.igwn.com.au and www.kinggeev8bathurst.com.au. Participants enter the competition by entering their details on the competition page on the iPRIME, iGWN and 7QLD websites and correctly answering the competition question: Who is the official work wear supplier for the 2010 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000?? Participants may enter as many times as they like. No scripting is allowed for on-line entries (which will be deemed invalid). Participants have the option to opt in to a database to receive promotional material from Prime Digitalworks and our participating partners King Gee, BigPond and V8 Supercars. Entries will close at 11.59pm AEST on Thursday, 23rd September 2010. The competition will be promoted via television commercials shown on PRIME, GWN and 7 Queensland, and via online display unit advertising.

2. Promotion Dates The promotion commences on Friday, 27th August 2010 at 12.01am AEST and concludes on Thursday, 23rd September 2010 at 11.59pm AEST (The promotional period).
a) Friday, 27th August 2010 – Thursday, 23rd September 2010 11.59pm AEST
Entries will be received.
b) Friday, 24th September 2010 10.00am AEST
The winner will be drawn and announced on the iPRIME and iGWN site and notified by phone and email. Competition closes.

3. Prizes & Prize Winner Selection
The winning entrant will win the following prize package: - Return economy airfares for 2 people to Bathurst From nearest major airport Arrive in Bathurst on Friday, 8th October 2010 Depart Bathurst on Monday, 11th October 2010 - 3 nights accommodation for 2 people in The Tent City Check in Friday, 8th October 2010 Check out Monday, 11th October 2010 Linen is not provided. - 2 x Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 Weekend Corporate Hospitality Tickets within the Pit Lane Club Syndicated Club - Garage Tour (Garage tour is a MCB experience) - Merchandise Pack Total prize package valued at $4,800 If the selected winner cannot travel on the event dates (October 8 – October 11) the below alternate prize package is available: - V8 Supercars Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 race chequered flag signed by the winners If the alternative prize package is chosen, the original prize package is forfeited and will not be re-drawn. Both prize packages are non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-negotiable and cannot be redeemed as cash. Transfers to and from airport and to and from the events are not included in the prize package. Winners are selected using the following method: Each correct entry is allocated a sequential number. At the time of draw the lowest value and highest value numbers are entered into an online application which generates random integers. One random integer will be selected and the corresponding entry to that number will win. The draws will take place at the offices of Prime Digitalworks Pty Ltd ACN: 120 380 725, Suite 132, Lower Mezzanine, 19-21 Jones Bay Wharf, 26-32 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont NSW 2009.

4. Entry - Entry is open to all residents of the ACT, and the viewing market splits of regional NSW, Victoria, WA and Queensland, available from the Regional TV Marketing website - http://www.regionaltvmarketing.com.au/.5. Underage Entrants
Entrants must be 18 years or older.

6. Promoter’s Decision
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize package is non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-negotiable and cannot be redeemed as cash.

7. Unclaimed Prizes
Should the winner drawn provide contact information that is invalid, which results in the winning entrant being unable to be contacted, a re-draw will occur the following Wednesday, 24th September 2010 at 10.00am AEST. The re-draw prize selection process will take place at Prime Digitalworks Pty Ltd ACN: 120 380 725, Suite 132, Lower Mezzanine, 19-21 Jones Bay Wharf, 26-32 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont NSW 2009 and will be announced on the iPRIME & iGWN websites and notified immediately by phone and /or email.

8. Entry Restrictions
Employees and their families of the PRIME Media Group, Seven Queensland, the AFL, King Gee and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Entries that are deemed to be inaudible, incomprehensible, unable to be viewed, or deemed to be offensive or illegal by the Promoter will also be ineligible.

9. Promoter’s Liability
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained by the prizes or in connection with any other prizes.

10. Communication Failure
The promoter and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for email transmission issues which may delay notification to prize winners.

11. External Intervention limit
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions. Should these circumstances effect the Promoter being able to proceed with the competition, the relevant state legislative authorities will be consulted in advance. No changes to the terms and conditions will be made without first consulting the relevant regulatory authorities.

12. Promoter’s Responsibilities
Prime Media Group assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.

13. Promoter’s Rights
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. Should the Promoter be unable to proceed with the competition, the relevant state legislative authorities will be consulted in advance. No changes to the terms and conditions will be made without first consulting the relevant regulatory authorities.

14. Promoter’s Liability
The promoter and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:
- during the draw;
- whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the draw; or in the participation in any prize;
- as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected email;
- due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
- in relation to failure of an email entry message to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
- Arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
